Very rude and condescending. The only decent human in the bunch was the male who spoke very positive while the other 2 woman threatened and in a very negative manner basically told me that I couldn’t be here. All the while the man and I conversed and came out with solutions for the situation. Yeah I know I have not gotten a lease or paid this months rent. I just got here from Wa and bought a trailer. Everything has been happening at once! The trailer isn’t even livable! We parked our RV out front and have been sleeping in it while working on the trailer.

No empathy. No help... except from the one man. We have excellent neighbors that have warned us. They said just do it. Ask forgiveness after cause they won’t allow it.

Anyhow they only care about their own needs and rules. They don’t care about children and how they need a home.

They will get their money and we will work this out. I hope that I can change my rating in the future but this first experience has brought my wife to tears....

Rentals: Horrible experience for my partner and I am embarrassed this was their introduction to the Sheridan area. Partner was in a hurry to move and had to take what was available. You will have to ask multiple times to have basic necessities attended to and stay on top of them to actually have it completed. Very unprofessional, office people don't seem to communicate with one another. Had repair people and a previous tenant show up unannounced, previous cat urine we had to ask to be shampooed which they claimed they did, gave up and went to Petco and bought stuff ourselves to get it out. Left the place cleaner than we received it because I don't trust places like this and sure enough still charged a bogus yard charge and perhaps the cleaning fee is mandatory but I would really like to know what was cleaned since I did it all for them? We had the pleasure of working with both Cassie and Jess in our home buying experience. Cassie was super helpful in starting our process and finding us our home. She explained the process to us from the first step to the last. When Jess took over helping (Cassie was also the selling agent so was unable to keep working with us fairly), he was enthusiastic. He explained everything to us in terms we understood, and explained everything so well that we didn't have many questions. Any questions that we did have, he was very prompt with answering.
