This company is the definition of a scam. We hired them to build a website for our business. Manan (the owner) reassured us multiple times that if we were not satisfied he would refund our money. He said they could complete the site in 45 days. This was critical as our site was having problems. Over 180 days later we still did not have a working site. He had promised over and over they were so close and it would only be 2 more weeks. There was work done but tons of frustration along the way. The work was poor and their coding knowledge was very limited. My husband and I had to tell them about plugins that we found to fix some of the problems encountered along the way. Regardless, we were desperate to get the site done so we stuck with them. Eventually, he required that we make our final payment in order to make our site go live. We reluctantly did, and after weeks, the website still had bugs and we were still not able to send our customers there. I finally just asked for a refund. He begged for more time (which I had given over and over) but was at my breaking point. He told me he would refund us, but because I asked for a refund via PayPal (who can't do anything with a service btw) he has now ghosted us. He will not return emails or phone calls. He took $4300 from us and we have nothing for it!! He has no integrity. This has been the worst experience! He is the definition of a scam! Liars. They just keep asking for more money… I pre-paid $3000 for a year of maintenance and was promised that they would return any unused funds. I made maybe three changes that would take less than an hour, and now that the year is up, they won’t return my money or even respond to my emails! Small claims court, here we come. Don’t waste your money on these scammers…

The saga continues… After ghosting me they let my website go down for ‘non-payment’ but never sent me an invoice or told me how to pay for it because they ghosted me. Now, last month they had the AUDACITY to contact me and say my website was down ‘for non-payment’ (sorry, where did my $3k go? Certainly it’s not $1500/yr for website hosting?!) and said ‘that’s in the past, but we can get your site up and working again for $500!’ What a scam. I asked to please just send me the files for the website I PAID FOR, do the right thing here and we’ll be done. Nope! Refused. Said ‘since we can’t come to an agreement, we’ll just part ways’. So now I am out almost $6k with no working website! SCAMMERS
