I bought a new washer and dryer after 18 years of having the same ones. We had basic GE models and would repair what was wrong and kept them functioning. After having to repair the dryer coils again after just two years I figured I bought a new washer and dryer with the repair price. It was time, reluctantly. I had no plans on going anywhere but to Kasper. My mom Janet Cannon recommended them and their truck has been in our neighborhood more often. Obviously our neighbors felt the same way. The thing I appreciated was the set up and instructions from the men who delivered it as well as the salesman who sold it.They all told me that I will need to get used to the new types of machines. They will be very different from what we were used to. They weren't kidding. The first load was OK. The next one was the shocker. The machine jumped and jerked with the spin cycle. I was amazed how much it did this. Lesson one, make bigger loads. When I tried to do the next load which was a gentle load it spun vigorously. At this point I called Kasper and had a melt down. I wanted my old machine back. The new machines I was told save electricity and water. I had to learn all over how to use these new machines. EVERYONE at Kasper did what they could to help me learn and use the new machines. The dryer was amazing how efficiently it worked. Once I learned how to load and what settings to use I fell in love with it. The people at Kasper were so kind in helping me and educating me. The men who did the set up were just as gracious in pointing us to a video on facebook to help me relearn washing 101. I would never consider going anywhere else. Kasper TV and Appliance is an honest dealership to work with. We recently priced dishwashers through all the box stores and local appliance stores. Kasper was 35. more than only one competitor, Martins. However the other appliance store charged substantially more for service calls. Kasper also helped us prove a fact to the manufacturer, KitchenAid and as a result the manufacturer is sending us some money towards the new KitchenAid dishwasher we purchased. See Maiden Creek, who we had purchased all of our appliances from had sent out a service man to repair our dishwasher and completely misdiagnosed the issue which in turn resulted in KitchenAid not repairing our dishwasher for free. Turns out his misdiagnosis was so bad we didn’t even need a new dishwasher our old one could have been fixed. When we asked Kasper if the old dishwasher could have been repaired they answered honestly and said Yes. Since we had ordered the dishwasher we did the right thing and had it installed. However, several of our calls remain unanswered from the owner at Maiden Creek. I would never buy from Maiden Creek. I would rather go with an honest company who would repair my dishwasher instead of leading me to believe I require a new one. I really really like Kasper, been around for decades, they have excellent brands to choose from, they're knowledgeable of the brands that they sell and truthful for what will be best for you, and not just to sell you the most expensive brand. The staff most excellent, they are about the customer, they know what they sell they service what they sell they deliver what they sell. Their delivery team are very helpful with set-up, explain the equipment you purchased and show you how it works. They are very respectful of your home when delivering your purchase. And this is a bonus having them deliver what they sell, not like the big retailers that are just there to make a sale and then subcontract a bunch of Ding Dongs to deliver your Appliance. I've had family and friends who had bad experiences with these big retailers, never had a problem with Kasper TV & Appliance, and personally I much rather support the mom...
