They were operating a nice scam on Monday night during the Eagles game. The store closed early for some reason that night. However, they continued accepting online orders. When I pulled up to the store I was definitely surprised to see it pitch black with no signs of life considering I received an email confirming that they received the order with an estimated time of completion. I figured that the next day, the supervisor or manager would see all of the pending online orders from the night before and would void them. What kind of a place would knowingly charge their customers for food they never received? Little Ceasers did just that. I reached out to them online and told them what happened and I have not even received a response from them. Attached is the screenshot shot of my confirmation email and of the pizza tracker. I placed the order at 8:18 pm and according to their tracker, it came out of the oven at 9:55am the following morning. I do not have an issue if they had to unexpectedly close the store early and forgot to disable the online ordering for the rest of the night. What really bothers me, is that they charged/left charges on my card and countless others that night for food that they never received. I attached a screen shot of the confirmation email and of their pizza tracker, which clearly showed that the order was placed at 8:18 pm and was supposedly out of the oven at 9:55 am the following morning. It’s should not be that hard to figure out. They knowingly charged/left charges on my card for food they know I never received. UPDATE: As of 9/30, I never received any communication back from Little Caesar’s, plus the $ was never put back on my card. I even complained directly to the company on their website before I did this review. What kind of customer service is this? They knowingly ripped me off and cannot even send me an email to apologize. You can keep the $8.50, not that you ever had any intentions in returning it anyway, but if you are that pathetic that you need to rip off your customers in order to turn a profit, you clearly need it more than I do. Going forward, if I so much as overhear anyone mention ordering from you, I will do anything possible to deter them from putting another $ in your pocket. I don’t even care if I know them or not! I hope the $8.50 you stole from me was worth it.

My husband ordered from Little Caesars from door dash a large cheese pizza with a drink and a sauce separately for me and when I got delivered, it was not cheese. It was pepperoni, small pizza not a large didn’t come with a drink. Then when I opened it, it looks like this. It was so dry. Looks like it was re-overcooked I went there and there was nothing in stock when I say nothing I mean nothing no drinks then when there was a customer, I hear him saying may I please get such and such she said oh these are already made. You can just grab it from here. He wanted something fresh, but she was not giving. Also when I told her my whole order was completely wrong. I told her what happened. She said oh the reason why it’s a small is because we only got smalls I said wait what so I couldn’t get my refund couldn’t get a brand new pizza so I left I was so completely upset about the whole order

I've had problems with this location before. My most recent visit will be my last. Making Little Caesars Pizza really shouldn't be rocket science. After all, the company gives you everything you need, right? Take the pizza crust that the company gives you and throw a handful or two of the toppings the company gives you on top. Throw it in the oven on a preset timer and forget about it. (Now that everyone orders on the app and the pickup is self-serve, you rarely even need to deal with the public). It should be nearly impossible to screw up, yet they DO. If you burn the pizza to bitter, charred ashes, consider being a halfway decent human being and remaking the thing instead of standing outside smoking your stupid cigarettes and watching your poor customer go home with a pizza that you know will be a huge disappointment.

me and my boyfriend decided we were hungry for little ceasers. we get a stuffed crust bacon pizza with their breadsticks and garlic parm wings on the side. the wings were cold, tasted horrible and old. now the pizza. they didn’t even try to make it stuffed crust. They just slapped some sauce and cheese and bacon and said “this’ll do” We paid extra for the stuffed crust and the bacon, desperate to be cold and it didn’t even have the stuffed crust. The only thing from that order that tasted fine was the breadsticks. My boyfriend was so mad that they got the order so incredibly wrong that he drove out to the store and demanded a new pizza. They said that because we ate two slices, they couldn’t remake the pizza. What are you gonna do with the pizza that we have that was wrong?? reuse it?? We ate two slices because we both were starving from working all day and we both forgot to eat for the whole day. They didn’t even try to give us any extra pieces of food for this lazy excuse that they call a pizza. This is my first time trying little Caesars and it was a major letdown. Hope they treat customers better...

I ordered food online last week and when I went to pick it up in person the store was closed.. I then called corporate to get a refund or something at that point but the corporate person I talked to told me they took care of it and I would receive a refund and a call from the store to correct the issue. Fast forward 2 days and no call or refund so I call again and I get re assured that I will be called before the end of the day to correct the issue… now here we are a week after the initial order and no refund or a call so I call again and get a woman named Maria and she informs me that there is nothing in the system and finally get the return set up. So far Maria is the only one in that corporation that seems to have any idea of what to do and has been the only help that I have received in 3 different phone calls and over a week of waiting. I went to the location and lo and behold ITS CLOSED AGAIN! This is just a joke of a location and a joke for customer service. Maria thank you for actually caring. Little Caesar’s needs to get this figured out on the...
