their misleading website will tell you that you can pick up an item in store TODAY, so you drive 15 minutes only to find out that they’ve never had that item to begin with. they tell you they’ll have it shipped from another store and that they can have it within 7 days, so they’ll take your name and contact information and tell you they will call you tomorrow. they assured me that i could have the item ready for pickup within 7 days, because i wanting this for a birthday present. 4 days go by and they never call, so you decide to call them yourself. talked to debbie who was absolutely no help. she had no idea what i was talking about and i guess the originally lady didn’t either because now apparently they “can’t get items from other stores”. they never called the other stores like they were supposed to, and my item wasn’t even on the way after 4 days. the only possible way to get the item is for me to order it and pay $8 in shipping just to have it shipped to the store, according to debbie (everyone says something different), even though their website still says free pickup today. i tried asking for the name of the original lady who tried to help me, and debbie refused to give it to me and she refused to help me any further, because she said she had customers to help. i am a customer that...

Here's a review I didn't anticipate writing because I had never really shopped here. For some reason I decided it was a good idea to go here to get last minute gifts for Mothers Day for my wife, mom, mother in law and sister. My intuition was 100% correct. I took my two daughters 12 and 8 into the store and even though the store was packed with lost guys looking for ideas like me, we were greeted promptly and guided to suggestions for great ideas. The store was neatly merchandised and well stocked with a variety of gifts for Mom. This location is blessed to have it's employees who were knowledgeable, hard-working, helpful, and polite. The employees addressed my daughters who were the decision makers on this outing and helped them find creative options for them to give as gifts. When we were done shopping, the staff offered to gift-wrap our purchases- a dream come true for a guy who is TERRIBLE at wrapping gifts :). This was the best thing ever! I hadn't been in a Hallmark store for many years. This one is close to home and I will absolutely be shopping there again in the future for special occasions and I am thinking it will be my go to for Mothers Day in years to come. Never pre-order chocolate covered strawberries here!! My friend ordered chocolate covered strawberries for today, pre-paid for them, and they said they didn’t have any when we got there this afternoon. We explained that they were pre-paid, and the worker on the phone stated that they could be picked up today. Customer service was rude, we explained that they were pre-paid and that the worker on the phone said we could pick them up today, and one of the workers in the store was very rude and unprofessional.
