If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars - I would. I went to pick up medications that I take daily. Ive been using this pharmacy for over a year now since moving here. The tech at the drive through window (she said her name was Olivia) was extremely nasty and lacked customer service skills. A medication I’ve been taking for over a year (and never pay for) was supposedly $75. I informed her that she must be putting it in wrong, as she informed me the medications I went to pick up today (all of a sudden) had a payment due. I showed her my account and informed her three times I never pay for these medications as they are covered and have never had to pay for them in all the years I’ve been taking them. I transferred my prescription to a different cvs and was able to fill it with no issues. The tech at the new cvs told me that I DID NOT owe $75 and that the previous pharmacy was inputting my refill incorrectly. Olivia (if that is her real name) also slammed the window on me several times and rolled her eyes. Extremely unprofessional and utterly rude. Read moreShowed up at the drive thru pharmacy today at 9:52am for a 10:00am COVID test (for travel). The pharmacist came to the window and said we were too early and to wait in the parking lot for 8 mins and drive back through. No one was in the drive thru from the time we got there until we left, except us. And there was only 4 or 5 vehicles in the entire parking lot. But, we waited the 8 mins and came back through at exactly 10am. At 10:07am he comes back to the window and says that the system is down and we can't get the tests done. Which would have been okay, if he didn't have an attitude the first time we pulled up, and then also the second time. He said they would call us to come back when it was working. Still haven't received a phone call, or any update. In order to travel we need this test done (which we also told the pharmacist). We went to the CVS in Barnegat, scheduled the test, and they even got us in before our scheduled times. Took less than 5mins. Will never go back to the CVS in Ship Bottom... That guy was an a$$. I had to call the main number, the person who took the call was very abrupt not letting me tell them why I was calling. I wanted them to transfer the call. The transfer was done but it was another 10 minutes before the pharmacist took the call. She was not only abrupt but also very nasty telling me she was very busy, she didn’t care about my waiting on the phone for an hour+ and it wasn’t her problem that I had to transfer the prescription.
