Pat and Tom were so amazing when we walked in after months of research to look at the Pedego bikes. My husband was determined to walk out with his Trail Tracker, researching and knowing exactly what he wanted. He listened patiently to all their knowledge on this brand as they are so passionate about it and then tucked in a side room was his dream bike. The bike was exactly what he wanted, the size, the color and the model. Needless to say we left with it. As I stood waiting for his purchase Pat talked to me for some time about how these bikes changed their lives and deep down I wanted one too but was older now, out of shape and not ready for the commitment. Pat was so kind and truly an expert on these bicycles. She explained to me how I could ride a Boomerang, one that seemed to be made for me. She showed me a life changing article about a woman who lost over a hundred pounds riding a Pedego bike and I got more excited. Then I saw it, the most beautiful blue (Tiffany blue) bike exactly how I should have it. We got home and my husband immediately rode almost 20 miles on his bike making me want mine so bad. That same night we called Pat and Tom and that pretty blue bike was put on hold for me. Best purchases we have ever made. Had a wonderful experience at this store for Pedego bike rental and extensive information on a potential purchase. I went with my boyfriend and a friend - it was my first time riding an electric bike and Pat and Tom were so helpful in explaining how to operate the bikes and the benefits of them. After our wonderful ride, we were instantly hooked, and Pat spent time getting us up to speed (pun intended) on the universe of Pedego bikes and the wide variety of options available to us. My experience shopping for an electric bicycle at Walters Bicycles was really just about perfect. Both Pat and Tom educated me on the features and benefits going Electric and answered my many questions along the way. They made me feel very comfortable about making this investment and equipped me with the appropriate gear to protect me and enhance my overall experience.
