You won't always find what you are looking for, but you will probably walk away with stuff you didn't know you needed. This place is heavy on home decorator fabric with just enough cottons, flannels and other crafty fabrics to meet whatever your sewing needs happen to be. He has a wonderful selection of trims, laces, ribbons, buttons, hardware and a huge bin of 50 cent zippers. Do not be deterred by the factory appearance and lack of flashy signs. What it may lack in asthetics, is made up for in historical significance and authenticity. The guy who owns the place seemed to enjoy talking about the history of the garment factory and his place in it. I'll go back just to hear more stories. I bought 4 yards of minky fleece, and six yards of cotton, plus ten zippers for under $50. You can't get prices like that...
