I came here before covid, the main lady who owns the place does a great job and is well experienced. The others don’t know what they’re doing. Recently (a week ago) I had gone to get dip nails with extensions and the lady doing my nails messed up tremendously. She cut me multiple times on my fingers with the drill and was burning me with the drill. I had a lot of blood coming out of my fingers. She later super glued my cuts.. I told her I wanted an almond shape and she made them round. Round and almond are two different things anyone in the nail technician industry knows that. When i asked her to fix it she told me she’s not done yet. When she finished it still wasn’t an almond shape. She also layered my nails with too much dip it looked very round and fat. She did not drill off the excess correctly and also mixed up the steps of applications. I had to go home and refile the shape of the nail because she didn’t do a good job. She was also talking negatively about me with a co worker of hers and I know that because I understood a little bit of it and they kept looking at me and my nails. My nails are lifting and chipping now. Nothing was done correctly and the lady was very rude. I don’t recommend getting your nails done by anyone else but the...
Read moreI have been here 4 times and each time getting acrylic nails. The first 2 times were amazing! The 3rd time I went I got nails that I was not happy with, I got very thick french tips and when I kept asking to make them smaller she would barely touch them. I left with nails that I was unhappy with, a week and a half later 2 of my nails came off so I waited another week so that I could just get a full fill. I went in last Tuesday and got a fill. I left with nails that I also wasn’t happy with, and after talking to her to fix them she didn’t make a change. The next day i was opening a door and my nail broke in half so I went back that day and got it fixed for free. That nail that I got fixed was about 2cm longer than my other nails. Last night, Sunday of the same week, I was opening a face mask and my nail broke in half. They are simply not good nails, and Im not sure if it is the acrylic or the person, but I had the same person the last 2 times I went. Also the way they remove nails hurts, they don’t soak them, they use an acrylic tip and pop them off. My nail that popped off last night has a layer of nail that has...
Read moreI wouldn't recommend this place, there's tons more around the area that do better and have better pricing. They completely ruined my nails to the point where I had to go pay another nail salon (the same day) to have my acrylic nails removed because they hurt so bad. They looked like dinosaur talons, (i asked for oval or round tip). The powder was put on in multiple different layers (it was THICK) the nail polish was also put on the same way. They where bumpy, clumpy, pokey and weird. She never cleaned around my cuticles, or trimmed up my nails in anyway she just went straight to dipping and painting. The super glue they used glued my nail to my skin (underneath) and to fix this, she then sliced into my finger with the nail file to trim whatever nail i had left and then continued to use the same bloody file of the rest of my nails. (I really hope she threw it away after I left, and didnt continue to reuse it) I know I should have said something but after sitting there for over an hour in awkward...
