TLDR: Don't come here go to the one just south down Oakland Ave in Milwaukee.
Regret not looking at the reviews beforehand. Heed their warning! Went today for a COVID/flu test. Appointment was at 9:30am. Checked in 5 mins before via the QR code signage by the waiting area. Waited till 9:40am to go up and just ask about it as my partner had an appointment too at 9:50am- before I could fully explain the woman with long brunette hair & dark eyes caught a quick attitude & said "well it's because you haven't checked in" and pointed to a man at an adjacent desk. When I corrected her I had through the QR code that said to by the waiting area & the desk didn't have any signage for TEST check in "yeah then just sit-down and be patient" when I said it was overtime & before I could say I just want to know how long, she said "Like I said, be patient" When I asked "do we have a problem?" "No, I don't have a problem." Laughed and rolled her eyes as she scurried into the back, out of view. I immediately went to check in again at the physical desk. He didn't ask my name and just said yes I see it. When I said I wanted to complain about the treatment I just received. He also chuckled and said okay. Very dismissive. The same man was the person, the pharmacist, who did both of our tests at the same time now. However, while waiting further it becomes clear why this behavior continues as Jon and the woman were quite flirtatious and cordial with one another. At the end of the testing I told Jon he was nice and informative but that she needed to be checked on her customer service. He, again, dismissed it. So this review will just be added to the pile of negative reviews this pharmacy has as the problem is the entire staff enabling such treatment and I regret not getting her name as well. Who knows if I'll get my test or in a timely manner. Might just try to get another at a different location. Maybe the 2.4 star one down the street will at least not be disrespectful.

Read moreI am not sure how a pharmacy can so consistently provide terrible service. I have one active prescription that I pay out-of-pocket for every month. They will not give me a refill until the day I am out of pill and this is not a controlled substance. When I try placing my refill order online, it gets placed into a “requesting insurance status,” every month. I have asked them at least six times now to remove the insurance from my account so that I can pay in cash. They have never done this and can’t seem to explain why they will not do it. I have aLao asked for three months supply at a time So that I can minimize the time I spend trying to access this very basic medication. They tell me they will order that and it never happens. Nobody will explain this either. They don’t answer their phones and if they do, it is common for them to leave calls on hold for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. And as icing on the cake, The staff functions in a continuous state of frustration, and there is a spiteful gentleman on the pharmacy team, who quite literally leers at customers. The service is so bad, I I feel like every time I’m there somebody’s going to come out with cameras and tell me I’m the victim of a TV prank. It would be comical if they weren’t administering necessary medication to people with medical needs.
I don’t know how one retail pharmacy location can offer such deplorable service and employ a full team of incompetent, rude, unresponsive workforce. This will be my last pharmacy refill and my last shopping experience at Walgreens. I hope the management will Someday actually look into all of these one star reviews and Clean house. These people don’t belong...
Read moreBad. I went this morning to return something and apparently everyone at that location have been saying that I have been "abusing" the return policy. My understanding was that if you didn't like any makeup or nail polish, you could return it no problem. I went to return a nail polish that I bought 4 days ago. Never used it. Just changed my mind. The guy at the front made me feel so small by saying that he was told by all the managers that he couldnt take my returns anymore because I am abusing the return policy. So he "wasn't going to return it and get in trouble". So he called up a manager and instead of having the conversation with the manager about what he was told to the side, he has the conversation right in front of me about how all the managers say I'm abusing the return policy by returning nail polish. So beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. I have worked in retail for more than 5 years and I have never done that to a customer. You never repeat the conversation you had with your manager, about a customer, right in front of the customer. There's a way to handle those kinds of situations and both of the employees handled it so wrong. They both made me feel so belittled. I will not be shopping there again. It would be one thing if they made it known that you couldn't return nail polish but they never said anything about the return limitations. So for them to openly attack me in front of other customers was ridiculous. Terrible...
