After placing my order that included a free any size fry coupon, I realized I didn't see where it said to select the size and I had ordered a small by accident. When I arrived I let the girl behind the counter know and showed her my app and she said no problem and switched it to a large. Another woman came over, very rude, not even acknowledging I was standing there, after the girl explained what happened and why it was a large she dumped it right out and said no give her a small. She was not even communicating with me at all. I said excuse me, and showed her the app and explained what happened. She proceeded to try and start an argument with me over what was an approved offer and an accident when placing the order and tell me I picked a small fry though so too bad I was getting a small. I said it was just a mistake is it really that big a deal for a large when I did select the correct coupon? She still made me feel like a horrible human being and was miserable over a very simple fix which she gave me in the end but found it necessary to argue and was very annoyed by my request. Absolutely no customer skills or a sense of doing the right thing. The first girl did the right thing. And for her to undermine her employee like that in front of a customer is also terrible. Waited for another minute Zero response so we assumed drive thru was not up and running. Started to pull away and once we were passed the speaker by a car length she finally said can I take your order. We continued up to the pick up window and told the guy we waited for a while and Noone took our order could we place it at the window. The woman had her head set on pointed at us and said I SAID CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER! My husband said yeah after minutes of sitting and as we drove away. She then rudely yelled at someone in the back and said DIDNT YOU HEAR ME SAY CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER . Im sorry you do not talk like that in front of a customer. So employer if you know who this woman is working this day you need to train her on customer service. Read more1st time went with my friends for lunch at BK in Shortpump areas. Waited 45 mins. I tell myself it's lunch time. But still. So I let it go about being so long. Next couple months, came back & try it again. Waited 35 mins for Jr.Burger & Veggie burger. The teenager boy told me it will take only 5 mins. The drive through. There's NO there but us. The boy told us to pull to the front of the store. Did..waited...10mins. Decide to come in & ask. It's ready...still NO....waiting...Finally gave up. I ask the teenager boy I would like my money back. The boy didn't seem to care much. 2 white boys look like they don't even want to be there or care. So manager came up. I told him whhat's happened.
