I recently visited this store and Sarah was awesome, with a heavy emphasis on awesome. I adore people who are genuine and uplift others. She actually helped me solidify my style after life, has been lifing like it does to us all. I lost my style for a bit, and oddly she affirmed me, yet only meeting myself for a brief moment in time. Sarah also assisted me with feeling confident as a woman of a certain age that I can still have fun with my clothing choices unapologetically. I know someone commented on the quality, but as a person who has luxury items, the quality is actually great as well as the price point. Phenomenal customer service at Windsor located at Short Pump Town Center. The reason this store is fantastic is due to Sarah (employee at Windsor). Windsor has great merchandise, prices, and Sarah brings that positive customer experience to life. My daughter was shopping for a dress and we entered Windsor. This store is popular and busy, but the store is clean and organized. My daughter was very pleased with her purchases. Sarah gave us a friendly greeting, ensured my daughter’s needs were met for the occasion, answered our questions, placed the items with care in the bag, and gave us a genuine Thank You. I saw that she treated all the customers the same in front of us before she assisted my daughter. Horrible experience. There was this older woman named sara that completely ruined my experience. she was the only one in the store, unfortunately, so no other workers were able to help me. she was so so so rude, she was pushy, she would hover, pretending to fix things wherever me and my girlfriend moved in the store. she would just chew her gum incredibly annoying and be super passive aggressive to us the whole time. She even insulted my girlfriend for not wanting to buy a dress that was ugly and called her broke.
