I walked in the door and owner greeted me with a smileless dead sharp hello. I took one step to the right and the owner said in the same dead ‘I don’t want you here leave quickly’ tone “Is there something I can help you find.” I said what I was looking for. She said they stopped carrying it in a sorry not sorry patronizing tone. A young Asian’ish male walked in behind me and was not greeted that way. I’ve gone to this store many times over the years and was never greeted/treated this way. I’ve even had long conversations with the owner before. I hadn’t been in over a year, but I have no intention of going back, because clearly she does not want...

Not only were they not open when they said they would be (there were 8 of us customers that arrived in the 15 minutes I waited, 1 hour after they were supposed to be open)....but their delivery driver (who already took up 1 of the only 2 handicapped spots) asked me to move my handicapped vehicle out into the parking lot so he could put pallets of merchandise in the handicapped spots!!! What kind of business is this that already can't stay up due to closing shop to pick up kids from school, but they don't open on time!!! Horrible customer service!! Will just buy my...

Our family loves to visit Bao Bao! The kids love to find something new every time we go! The produce is fresh and the meat selection is FANTASTIC! No matter what your fancy is, they have it...from Fujian to Filipino. Can't wait to go back next week and get some more dragon fruit....oh and the lychee in the summer are wonderful. The staff are all super friendly, give advice, and if you know who to talk to, you'll even get a funny story or two! I'm a redneck woman with a hunger for Asian cuisines and Bao Bao is my stomping...
