I specifically went to here to find my mother a birthday gift because she loves shopping at Belks online. (Now I know why she never visit the actual location). I know it was late I had just gotten off work. They closed at 8 I got in there at 710 found her birthday gift went to check out and the staff member was extremely nice to the other lady in front of me. When it came to my turned she rushed me didn't speak. Just immediately rung me up and said ''Are you paying card or cash?'' I informed her I was looking for this coupon, she repeated herself. At that point I made eye contact with her and told her I was looking for the $10 off coupon I just received. She tells me I cannot used the 10% off coupon. I inform her the coupon said $10 off 20 purchase or more and show it to her. Her response was she doesn't know anything about that coupon and asked if I'm paying card or cash? I looked at her and told her don't worry about I no longer want the item and grab my daughter and we walked out the store. I assume she figured she had messed up because she started trying to question me about the item? Where did I get it from? Etc.. not sure what the other questions were because I completely ignored her and walked out. My daughter whom is 6 I should add was even like mommy '' she's not very nice'' my response was yes she wasn't! And that's why we're not spending our money with them today. I will not be returning here. I wouldn't of gave no stars. The staff member needs to be coached on their store coupons on Belks app(once you download it) and she needs a few lessons on customer service with...

We noticed that the prices were not on the tags, so we used the price checker on the wall to check the prices of 3 different sizes of luggage of the same pattern. Turns out each piece of luggage that was the same price regardless of the size. Since the pricing didn’t make sense, we thought that maybe it was a mistake. We asked a young lady nearby the department for assistance and she let us know she just started working here and thought it would be best for us to walk all the way up to the front of the store. We asked her if she could have someone come back here to the customer service section. A manager walked up and she checked the price on one piece and told us that all pieces were the same price regardless of the size. The manager further stated, “If you want to know the prices of any more of the luggage, take it up front. If you don’t like the prices, don’t buy it!” This is unacceptable behavior for someone in a managerial position and I can see why this store is completely empty with barely any business. The associate who sold them to him took the tag off and wrapped them and never told us she broke them, so I go to the belks here in Shreveport to see if I can return or exchange them and the manager is down right rude and unprofessional she told my husband and I she can’t help us with out a tag! But I had my receipt. She then proceeded to tell me I can’t help you there damaged your going to have to drive back to Little Rock to take care of it.
