We visited here today for the first time. They seemed overwhelmed and we had to ask for our drinks and ask if we could order. Once they told us to get seated, no one asked us. when we ordered we were told, well, it will be a wait because we are a one oven kitchen and busy today. Ok. Understandable. We asked how long and was told 20 minutes. We ordered one flatbread and we wanted other things but again, no one was really waiting on us and it took the one flatbread over an hour to come out. Some people had been there 2 hours by this time came up and asked for their ticket and asked the flatbread they never got be removed because they needed to leave. They were told it's almost ready and they handed it to them in a to go box. Another couple asked for their ticket for just their drinks after their order wasn't taken for 30 minutes and the staff acted like she was the one being rude. We had gotten a mimosa and had to ask for water and napkins when the flatbread came. Later we asked for our ticket after they never brought it. The one item we got was delicious. But for these prices for food and tastings , I expect a better experience from staff. the person who appeared to be managing was snarky to several cuatomers when spoken to. The other staff seemed nice but disorganized and overwhelmed. And the final blow....NOT ONE APOLOGY WAS OFFERED. In the two hours we were there not one time did they apologize. Understaffing or a busy day is understandable. But to not say ,I'm sorry. Or comp someone a tasting or a flatbread after they have said , never mind we are done eating or I apologize it was an. Hour for your food and not even offer water, is a choice to not give good service. And, as we exited, all the tables outside were piled with...
Read moreThis not a meal. It is an experience! We went and tasted all of the oils all were wonderful garlic, blood red orange, pineaple tomato basil, and rosemary were my faves but there was only 1 I wanted nothing to do with...jalapeno. CANT TAKE SPICY HOT. It can damage my sensitive tongue.zEvery part of the meal is a presentation. I chose sparkling water with pineapple oil very good and helped to soothe my mouth and throat. We chose for appetitizes. A duo dipping treat. I got the albacore with garlic and lemon oils. The cripsy bread was outstanding. We also got flat no taste crackers. The presentation I think on this dish was more for pretty and less for convenience . There were 2 long carrotsI would have loved to see cut a bit smaller and manageable. Ditto for the bell pepper strips. Then maybe I would not have left them after trying to bite into one and break teeth and cause a scene. Their was no handicap parking or entrance. I understand it is quite busy at night There were 2 couples there and I was able to. Get my walker ..safely put where needed. They offer small plates. And everu one shares my entree was like a very thin crispky bread with parsley, cooked purple onions. Pulled strips of Bar-be -cue chhicken drizzled with garlic. Oil. I have legitmate complaint here. The bottles of oil that they sell $23 ,,dollars plus $3 with special cork.I will go back the food was light and qyality. I think if they had a smaller bottle say 10 dollars. I would have gotten 5 more bottles. As it was. $155.00 plys 40 tip. It is pricy. It would be fun to bring like eight in try a bit more. The food excellent, serniice ezcellent. Price will make it an occasional ...
Read moreSecond time going. This place is amazing! Lisa remembered us from our first visit, our likes and dislikes, and even the wine she recommended. The atmosphere was nice, great way to wine down from work. Myka, Lisa and the gentlemen that made sure we were taken care of are in the top ten best crew. If you go, don't forget the water! I emphasize this because I usually hate all water but not theirs. First visit, very impressive. As soon as we walked in Lisa greeted us with a smile and cheerful manner. She took the time to go over the menu and made great suggestions to fit our liking. She was very informative about the menu so we sat at the bar to pick her brain about wines, oils, jams, and meals. We were there for lunch so we dranked water. This water was tasteless, so good, it should be bottled and sold. I had the chicken and waffle Flatbread, sweet and delicious. Sam had the BBQ chicken Flatbread, a hint of spicy and delicious. Thanks Myka for the...
