They use Door Dash for deliveries. I ordered food to be delivered at 530pm. When it hadn't arrived by 550pm, I called the store. My order hadn't been picked up by Door Dash. So I drove and picked up myself. (Mind you, that this point my food had been ready for pickup for at least 45 minutes, so when I got it hime it was barely warm.)
