Dragon Buffet — Restaurant in Shreveport

We had a horrible experience. The place looks depressing, dark, and a lack of decor. The food looked disgusting, and the owner (I'm asuming [guy who checked us out]) was not in uniform and looked unkempt. The walls, tables, and dishes were dirty. The plates still had dried food on them even after being washed. The food looked slimy and all of it was way too over-cooked. The seafood delight tasted like slimy bread. The "fried" rice was a light gray colour and looked slimy. My little brother took one bite of it to try, and he pushed away the plate. He also tried the chicken on a stick and said it wasn't good. The sushi was a scam. The crab (obviously imitation crab) wasn't the full cylinder; instead, the cylinder was basically cut slim at the top to be a thin slice of a circle, then the slim circle was placed in the corner on the tops of the sushi to make it seem like it had the full cylinder. Some of them had the full cylinder, and some of them didn't. The sugar donuts were so over fried that you couldn't taste the sugar, you could just taste deep fried bread. The chicken and broccoli was bland. I even tried to just eat lettuce with ceaser dressing. The lettuce tasted like it wasn't washed. I didn't even have the stomach to eat any of the deserts even though I know they don't make it. I felt gross during and after eating the food. We didn't finish eating because it was so nasty. We paid over $36 for three people for such low quality. I became sick after 15 minutes of leaving the restaurant and threw it all up. We will not...

Pines Road didn't always have so many places to eat, we've been here a long, long time. It's nice to have a variety of choices without having to drive far !!

This is a great little Chinese Buffet ! It's easy to find and plenty of parking. It's in a strip mall so there is ahuge parking lot - can easily handle busses, RVs, trailers, or what ever you drive !

The restaurant is always clean and buffet stocked with a good variety of goodies !! Noodles, rice, chicken ( many different ways), shrimps, and others. The salad/dessert bar is good, too. I don't have photos, but I'll take some next time!!

The staff is always friendly and keeps the drinks topped off. We go for lunch often. If we didn't enjoy it we would not keep...

Love stopping by here for lunch or dinner. Food is usually really fresh and they are usually good about keeping fresh hot items on the buffett line. At lunch they have some really good coconut shrimp & wings. At dinner they have jalepeno shrimp and I think crawfish occasionally but the food is great. The service is great as well, the husband & wife that are there all the time are very friendly and accommodating. The male server that's has been there for a long time is one of the best servers around, imo. He is always smiling & laughing with guest. I've seen him make balloon animals for small children, he is a real nice guy. I would recommend this...
