Burger King — Restaurant in Shreveport

Terrible experience I can understand an employee having a bad attitude but when the management has support attitude it brings down the value of the establishment. Yes it's just Burger King but we as people all play different rolls in this life that we live in the daytime I'm a truck driver but when I get off of work I'm just an average consumer I'm in the service industry so I have to maintain a professional attitude so that I can obtain various contracts which allows me to feed my family. All I'm saying is I do not recommend this place to anyone if you have the opportunity and you really want Burger King and this area I would search for another one and skip this one Fry's are always cold burgers always cold you ask for it off the brother they look at you like what is that again we're not recommending this establishment employees and management have poor attitudes and they will argue with you so do not say the wrong thing I had a very bad experience I believe her name was Jordan. We haven't ate at this Burger King in years due to poor service. After multiple remodels and a few years, this Burger King was exceptional, by means of drive-thru service. The parking lot and building appeared clean with a drive-thru menu that was functional. Our drive-thru operator was very pleasant and professional. We received our food in a reasonable time and it was hot. Once we got home & opened our food, we were left a little disappointed. Very little salt on the fries, the fries went cold pretty quick. Our order of jalapeño poppers was not spicy and tasted doughy, as if the outside dough is fried but inside layer was not. Our sodas was refreshing, our whoppers were made correctly & tasted delicious. It is worth a visit if you haven't been here in a long time. A nice change of pace from the other hamburger joints...

Gail, the manager on duty was rude first and foremost, not only that. The Line was wrapped around the building, moving slowly, and we were picking up a doordash order. Hence; I called the store to see if we could pick up the order from the door opposed to waiting in the extensively long line. They rudely replied No, for unjust reasons. The inside was closed at 9 o clock which also makes no sense not even in the era of Covid 19, when you can get easily walk into many other more professional and established places like McDonald’s and Popeyes. Lastly, when we got to the speaker the woman is going to say “Hello”, after we waited for a greetings for 2 minutes +.
