I'm sorry I was not loud enough for you after 5 hours of non-stop talking and explaining to dr's and my kids why we where at the er at midnight for my infants 104.4 temperature. I'm sorry that I've been battling her sleep issues since Friday it now being Wednesday at 2:40 a.m. so I've gotten so little sleep that the dr's and nurses pitied me. So yes it was hard to speak up and it hurt to shout can I give my order to the window so you could hear me. Thank for your compassionate response of "no but you can speak up." Thank you now my child is crying because it 2:40 am I have had no real sleep in 5 days you give me that as an answer I am immediately ready to be rude back so I have to drive off because I don't want my kids to see me like that but I'm too fried to respond to that any other way. I have worked the graveyard shift at a window before and trained others if you where scared me and my children posed a threat to you and then you could have simply said no ma'am can you please try to speak up for me. I would have been happy to get out and get close to the box and speak the best my fried voice could. But you got me instantly ready ready to close up and be uncooperative. Read moreI went through the drive thru line and i ordered 2 whataburgers,1 jalapeno cheese burger,1 jalapeno ranch and a milkshake. They didn't read my order back and sent me to the last window. There i paid and they gave me my shake and 2 drinks and im like im missing a drink. So they made it and then i paid. They gave me 1 whataburger and 1 jalapeno and cheese burger. I said im missing 1 more whataburger. They said they just only bagged what was on the ticket and apparently they only rung me up for 1 whataburger. So they said theyll charge me for the burger and fries only but i had to wait for it so im like okay. Whenever i pulled up i examained the other items. I was missing the jalapeno ranch. Once they came out for the other whataburger and fries the man slammed the door to go outside i said excuse me and the man sighed hard and i said im sorry but im missing the jalapeno ranch and hes like okay ill get it for you. A moment later he came out with the jalapeno ranch. Worst customer service. Read moreBeing from Texas we thought Whataburger would be a safe stop on our drive home from NOLA, we were so wrong! This is by far the worst experience I have EVER had at a Whataburger! I’m literally writing this 10 mins after getting on the freeway and seeing our food was inedible. I ordered the Avocado bacon burger, onion rings and ranch. My husband bacon cheeseburger, fries and a soda. After 30 mins and the girl coming back multiple times to ask if we wanted ketchup we finally got our order. We checked it and asked for the ranch another girl with ranch in hand is like that will be $.38, my husband was for the each I already paid for? After showing her our receipt it was given to us. As we drove off we noticed our burgers were not only cold, cheese not melted, my sandwich was not even on the right bun it’s supposed be like a patty melt sandwich bread. Instead it was on a cold stale hamburger bun. Long story short we wasted $20 and didn’t even eat the burgers only the fries and rings.
