Warhammer — Local services in Shreveport

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at the store. Despite the store's website stating that it was open, I arrived to find it completely empty with no staff or customers inside. I waited for 6 long hours, hoping that someone would eventually arrive, but to no avail. To make matters worse, I had driven 3 hours to get to this store, which only added to my sense of disappointment and waste of time. This experience has left me feeling let down and dissatisfied with the store's lack of organization and disregard for their customers' time and effort. I hope that this issue can be addressed and improved in the future, as it is unacceptable for a business to operate in such a manner.

The employee Tanner that works there was super nice and friendly. It looked like he was the only one in the store at the time and was super quick to say hi and if we needed anything to ask. He answered all my questions and told us of the stores schedules to include play times and dates, painting, and more. I really appreciated the friendliness and welcoming attitude especially after some of the other stores that deal with 40k seemed to have a poor demeanor and attitudes. He was very knowledgeable about everything I had enquired about. The store was very neat with a wide variety of models that seemed to be sold out everywhere else I had looked. 10/10...
