I highly recommend Ridgemark Home Remodeling and will hire them again for my next project. Tad and his team at Ridgemark Homes did an amazing full kitchen renovation. His professionalism and experience were evident in the planning and execution of the remodel, including the permitting process, removal and disposal of the existing wall cabinets and appliances; patching and refinishing the existing wood floor; installing a new lighting system; upgrading the electrical panel; and installing the new, cabinets and appliances. From start to finish, the project went off without delays or unanticipated changes. I especially appreciated Tad’s level of communication. He kept me updated and responded to any questions within a day, and often sooner, even after hours and weekends. The workers always arrived on time and were respectful and pleasant to be around. They were mindful of the disruption and minimized the noise and inconvenience. The team was present when the cabinets and appliances arrived and made sure they were stored safely until installed. They were careful to protect my furniture and floors from dust and scratches. At the end of each day, the workers cleaned up and made sure my living space was comfortable and free of debris. There were no shortcuts, and Tad made sure all work was done to his exacting standards. The cabinets and crown molding were hung with laser accuracy, and appliances and lighting installed flawlessly. I've taken entirely too long to write this review, and that's a shame because Tad and his crew at Ridgemark Home Remodeling were entirely gracious and so willing to work with me throughout my bathroom remodel. I'd been hard done by a previous "contractor" who left me burned after stealing my deposit. Years had dragged by living with a lightly demo'd bathroom (the only one in the house) through litigation. I must have interviewed 5 different new contractors before having Ridgemark suggested. Tad walked into a situation with me, a very skeptical homeowner with some materials already on hand, and turned it around. My house dates from roughly the 1840's, with various oddities and "make-do's" that you find in older homes. I knew that there would be more discoveries as we went. Tad handled everything that came up with good humor and professionalism. From the permit process, to the various inspections, to mystery posts that surfaced in the walls, he just handled it. He was so respectful of my knowledge of the house and period building construction, even looking out for my very elderly cat through the process. The crew was even able to pull off the pocket door, and I couldn't be happier. I suppose I dragged my feet on this because it's hard to believe my ordeal with this dang bathroom is finally over. It is all due to Tad and his crew that I can enjoy my new, solid, structurally sound, beautiful bathroom today. We are extremely happy with the results of our home remodel and addition with Ridgemark. They tackled a full kitchen update, a master bathroom renovation and an addition to our living room, along with a new Farmer’s porch. It was a large project, and Tad and his crew walked us through everything step by step. The communication was excellent. We were always kept up to date with timelines and expectations by the team. Everyday over months of work, the crew was always there and just did such great work. The craftsmanship on the flooring, fireplace and cabinets came out awesome.
