I did a coffee run here once, but they didn't want or need a marketing planner. I thought it was lovely — English people would call it "quaint." It's situated in a charming house with other small shops on either side of it. The atmosphere is perfect: quiet, peaceful, perfect for work or reading. They have these comfy leather couches that make you want to stay there all day long. And the coffee? It's delicious. Beautifully crafted and creamy. Downside? Café Noir seems like a misnomer. I asked the girl working and said the price on the menu is different. She explained “oh yeah we haven’t had time to change our menu but the price went up”, and charged me a different price then was listed directly in front of me on the menu.
