Boost Mobile — Local services in Sidney

Called the sidney ohio store to ask a question and was treated very rude!!! I'm tired of the employee's in that store with their bad attitudes!!! I'm going there after work and if I get treated with rudeness and disrespect I will be calling corporate and changing phone companies!!! There is no reason for that and it needs to stop!!! 10/28/25.... So once again here I am! Got a notification on my phone that BOOST took 0.01 out of my account when I payed my bill on the 17th and they say I now owe 73 dollars on next bill when my bill is 68 dollars! Auto pay was turned on.... I have NEVER USED AUTO PAY! When I called the sidney ohio store she gave me a number to call and when I called, they had every excuse in the book! From, their system was down to their is no superior! So I call the sidney ohio store back and she proceeds to tell me that because I turned off auto pay that my bill was now 73 dollars!! NO IT ISNT!! I just spoke to a new carrier and WILL be switching to them this week! BOOST IS A RIP OFF! THIS PHONE I HAVE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A UPGRADE AND YET I HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS PIECE OF CRAP!! NEVER AGAIN!! I WILL UPGRADE MY CARRIER TO A BETTER ONE AND BOOST CAN...

Used to be great in my location, Midwest ohio, since the switch to boost one with dish network it's literal trash. 5G full bars and no internet connection, texts aren't being recieved or sent, calls aren't reaching me, can't access my voicemail, trying to call support and every time I've reached someone there's so much background noise I can't even hear the representative. Its a giant 'F U' when I've been a loyal customer for years. As soon as I can afford new phones, because all the phones I have for my family plan won't port to Verizon, Visible, or Mint, I'll be leaving them in the dirt. I know it doesn't matter to them but for the love of christ... if you're in the Miami Valley in Ohio.... steer clear of getting service with this farce of a cell...

Boost has been terrible the whole time ive had it i pay 50 plus dollars a month for phone service that is slow it doesn't connect my phone calls it will end my phone call mid conversation i have to reset my phone every other day for it to even work because ill be in the same spots that have service but then it will end my phone call i then try to call back then it says no phone service then i have to restart my phoke 2 times even then it will connect i wouldnt suggest boost even cheaper services and other phones haved worked...
