Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Sidney

I was ordering the bbq and hamburger combo. I told the server I only wanted the bbq on a bun and to just put the patty into a to go container. When our food is brought out the only thing I receive is a plain burger into a to go box. I had to really dumb it down again so the next thing I'm brought is a bbq on a bun with an extra side of fries which I didn't order. The bbq was absolutely awful but I was hungry and didn't say anything. When we got home I tried the burger and it was awful as well. When I got the bill instead of charging me for the bbq and burger meal I was charged separately for a bbq and the they charged the burger as a kids meal. I'm a big fan of BWW but this place is awful. By that time I was disgusted and I just paid for our meal and left. I will never go back to this location and this was my first time...

Ordered a margarita with my dinner that didn’t come out until well after our appetizer AND dinner. Then when my chicken tenders came out they literally had an EIGHT INCH LONG HAIR FRIED RIGHT INTO ONE OF THEM. I waited until my server came back to pull it all the way out so she could see that it was, in fact, in my food and she assured me that it would be taken off of my bill. She asked if we wanted it remade and I was trying to be kind and said that hey, since it was only one I would eat the other 4, no big deal. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ENTIRE MEAL BECAUSE I SAVED THEM TIME AND MONEY BY NOT SENDING THE ENTIRE ORDER BACK. We won’t be back and I would never recommend this...

Worst experience ever. Waited almost 2 hours to get our food. Then it was cold, wrong and a total disappointment. There were at least 5 tables that came in after us, got there food and left. The manager Jordan said he would take some off the bill and boy did he. $5. Only after going up to the counter and raising hell for food and drinks they charged us for that we didn't get he finally did what was right.

This place has no sense of customer service and I will make sure to never visit this place again. We had a table of about 10 people and had to chase our waitress down just to get a refill.
