Just stopped in here to look at fish and supplies. Hadn't been here before and thought we'd just have a look. In 5 minutes we decided we'll never come back. Walked in and there was a customer waiting at the register and no employee. Walked to the back and one lady was removing dead fish while the other was sitting on the floor in the back doing something. Informed them that someone was up front and got an oh ok and they continued what they were doing. We started looking at the fish and the next thing my wife feels is water and gravel hit her from the girl removing dead fish. No sorry or oops my bad. Just on to the next tank. Still no one heading up front to help a customer. Forget this and we left. Walk by the register and the customer left what they were trying to buy. One of the worst pet stores we've ever been to and we travel all over to different pet stores in Ohio. I wish i could give...

Brought my border collie in for a haircut/grooming and the lady did a horrible job it was very patchy. One spot on his chest was shaven completely down wayyy to short and then other spots on his back were way longer than others and his butt and in between his legs were barely touched and there are still full length patches of hair on those areas. Very bad grooming service and when my wife complained they offered to try and fix it but my wife felt better doing the rest ourselves. They also tried to tell my wife it was because my dog had cowlicks but I can tell you that when I saw my dog that it was a horrible job done by someone who was inexperienced or just...

My husband and I went into Chow Hounds because we like to visit pet stores all over Ohio. As we walked in someone was waiting to checkout, so I let the 2 employees know someone was waiting at the register to checkout, they looked at us and said ok and continued to do what they were doing. One employee was removing dead fish from the tanks and the other was sitting on the floor in the back room. Due to letting them know someone was waiting to checkout, one employee got irritated and flung gravel and water on me from the tank she was removing dead fish from. We will never go back there and it's one place that has the worst customer service...
