Smoothie Life — Restaurant in Sidney

New review, wished we could do more than one review, my old one was a 5 star. Stopped in 03/16 to buy a salad. It's hit or miss on having ones I like, usually I can find one. Didn't have a "regular" salad, so opted for (not sure name of salad) the tortilla chip, black bean, etc. salad. I asked about the dressing that came with it, girl said salsa & sour cream(?)...I told her don't like salsa, so I got french instead. When I went to pay, she actually wanted to take the dressing out that was in the salad!! Ewww, they handle people's money, etc..I said, I don't really want anyone touching my salad at that point, she said I could take it out. I should've left! So, not necessarily wanting to open it & reach in until I cleaned my hands, I reluctantly did so! I couldn't believe it! Yes, I had 2 french dressings, figured I'd have to pay for 1, as you are allowed 2. It's not like there's much in the condiment cups to begin with! She didn't offer the choice of paying for one. It was difficult to open this salad container, usually don't have that problem, probably because my mind was on what just occurred. If it happens again, I'll walk out. After I left, I realized, I would've tried a bite of the salsa one, may have found that I liked it after all. Still shaking my head over the above today! I do wish they had "regular" salads at all times, I love Cobb salads, not the blue cheese in it, they always have the blue cheese in them(eww), not a greek salad fan, nor southwestern/mexican type. I do love the "regular" garden, the spinach with bacon & egg, what I call "house/regular" salads. I have left at times without a salad due to not having...

I absolutely love this place and all menu items offered! Different salads offered all of the time and the variety offered is hard to choose from. I love the soup days because it’s always something you cannot find anywhere else. The wraps are amazing, sandwiches are so good! I can’t say enough! If you love smoothies they have the BEST! They cater and the charcuterie boards are absolutely beautiful and delicious! If you haven’t been to The Smoothie Life you are missing out! Look, you can’t always make everyone happy but the owner sure will go out of her way to try. She is friendly and just an all around good person. I will always support this...

I rarely give negative reviews, but I felt inclined to say something this time. I came here once before and got a protein smoothie and talked to the owner who was very nice and the smoothie was good. However, today when I returned my experience was enough to bring me to rate them. I went to Smoothie Life after working out to get a protein shake. When I walked in the girls who worked there and I assume their friends were completely rude. I have never felt more judged, it was unbelievable! Honestly. Good job losing customers because I will 100% never return. Teach your employees some customer service if you expect to...
