I have been with sprint since November of 2018. Approximately 5 months. During these 5 months, I have never be so deceived, miss communicated with, and lied to about numerous services and products. I cannot find two customer service representatives that are on the same page. When buying my devices (5), I asked numerous times what my bill would be. For all the devices, plans, protection, leases, etc. I was told a specific number over and over. I came back in the very next day to confirm this number. I was told the same number. When I received my first bill, that number nearly doubled. I had two phones I was not using. A family member was going to transfer their service to one of these phones. I was paying for it, so why not. It was just sitting there. We tried numerous times to transfer service over. Countless hours in the store and on the phone. 20 hours and more than 2 months later, we have yet to transfer service to the sprint phone. I was beyond frustrated so I paid for all 5 of the devices, plans, services, lease options, etc. Over $1,000! I was told that this was everything I owed. When trying to unlock my 5 devices, I was told by Customer service that I still owed money. And then I didn't. And then I did. For 3 days I have been going around in circles and have spent so many hours on the phone and driving back to the store because I cannot get a straight answer from anyone. I will let everyone I know about the terrible services and manipulation that has transpired in this store and from the manager, Austin. Austin does not take responsibility and has zero accountability. He is quick to let you know he is the manager, but cannot fix a single thing. The states the program/machine to transfer service has been down for over two months. And he can't do anything about it. It's not his fault he claims. His employees are not trained and know next to nothing. I can go in one day and be given information, and go in the very next day and be told something completely different. My husband and I have been put thru the UnImaginable trying to return products and accessories to this store since there service doesn't work in our area. They refuse to honor there return policy after we've jumped thru hoops trying to get there service in our area by calling tech support, returning the WiFi tower then purchasing an extender then going back to the store to pay a 25 dollar deposit for tmobiles extender all to only achieve a weak signal and being unable to even get our furnace thermostat to connect ( it was that weak). There a 14 day policy on return and been un successful in returning due to the fact that they say employees can't do return and the manager Nicki is never in the store. We have had to file a complaint with the FCC, make a report with police (which it's a civil matter now) we had to dispute these charges with our creditors. ITS BEEN A COMPLETE NITEMARE one that we'll never put ourselves thru again. Let me also mention that the corporate headquarters is in Albuquerque New Mexico and we haven't got any response from them either. It's been an expensive mistake for now but I'll continue to do whatever I can to retrieve our $3400.00 dollars. It's fraud when u pay for products and services that you don't recieve. I advise EVERYONE who's thinking of moving there cell services to another company DO UR RESEARCH because we didn't and this company along with there shady practices to get the customer past that 14 day return policy / buyers remorse is there goal so the store managers hide behind that security door so that when u come to store to return the employees on floor state they don't have the authority to do return🤷♀️. Its been insane but I don't give up easy when it comes to $3400 of my hard earned money. Save urself all the hassle and aggravation of disputing charges, cancelling ur credit cards filing with the BBB and filing a claim in small claims ( which will be our next step) because it's EXHAUSTING ! Added a phone to my third line a month ago. Got my bill and it went up almost $50. I was told I had a third FREE line. Nicci, who gave out a different name on the phone the last time we were there, helped me again today to figure that out. And by helping I mean she held her hand up in my face, told me to be quiet while I was trying to explain the situation to her, and then told me she didn’t care what I had to say. And then finally to just shut up.
I asked for a print out of my account so I could look at it and attempt to understand why I was being charged when SHE told me I had a free line. When in reality she set us up on a new plan, gave us a fourth line for free and now we have to be charged for the third line. She told me she couldn’t go back that far and that she assumed I knew it would be more money. Well I assumed that my account was set up correctly and I was activating my third line, that was meant to be free.
I talked to someone at T-Mobile on the phone who sadly agrees I was getting screwed from the moment I opened my account. And who also said I would have to completely change my plan to get it cheaper. So not only was a yelled at, lied to, and just completely scammed, I also got...
