Shoe Sensation — Local services in Sidney

I was happy with my purchases, but when we asked for a shoehorn, a sales lady said they were at the front of the store and were $8.00. We said we didn't need to buy one just needed to use one to try on a pair of shoes. Being disappointed with her response, I didn't buy a pair I was interested in. I bought 2 pair I liked. When checking out, I said I was disappointed not buying the other pair. She explained that we could have used the shoehorn from the rack. I said too bad the other clerk wasn't more help. Great Customer Service!! Took my son to get new shoes on September 15th and he started throwing up as soon as we got to the kids aisle. The employee (lady) that was working was very understanding, helpful, and went above and beyond to be comforting to us during that mortifying moment. We cake back on the next day and it was two different ladies working and the one that we dealt with, not only helped us find shoes but also found us a coupon online to help save us money!!...
