Subway — Restaurant in Sidney

Went to this location. Was out of town. Ordered a sub in a tub and 2 other sandwiches. Paid for it. The worker told me they were out of forks. I couldn't eat the salad. I asked for a refund. The worker told me he couldnt do it because he was underage. 16 to be exact. I asked of there was someone that could. He said no. I asked your alone? He told me yes. He worked from 11-9. So if no one is here how do you get breaks? I asked for the supervisor number or someone I could contact. I got his supervisors number and left a message. Explained the situation and that I was worried about a 16 year old working alone with no one to relieve him and that I'd be calling cooperate. Alissa to be exact called me back. Very Very rude. Saying I left threatening messages. I said I would call cooperate for them to look into this because how is that okay????Which if a child is being taken advantage of, which it does happen hence the child labor laws. I gave her the courtesy of talking to me first before I did. But after how she acted and treated me is not okay either. I didnt do this to get him in trouble and now I think she's going to get mad at him for it. Terrible terrible customer service by her. Tells you that's how she operates and now makes me wonder if he wasn't...

Worst experience at a subway I've ever had. I've been to 5 other subways and have never been so disgusted that I've walked out. First when I got there, there was no customers so they were not busy. I thought great, I start to order and that's when everything went wrong. From her ignoring a person who came to the counter after us and we told her " we have a big order, go ahead and help her" . Then comes putting the chicken on the bread and not heating it. Told her twice and she ignored it ( maybe she can't hear - I don't know) however then she starts putting the cheese oon top of the meat ( now I've been to 5 other subways who heat the meat and the cheese is on the bread) I'm figuring this is how they are taught to do things. Then a fly lands on the sub and she says it's ok. UM NO , her co worker says I'll get a swatter. Why so you could kill it on my sub? Just nasty, that sub should went until the trash. Then the co worker says we don't heat meat unless you toast your bread. I wish there was a way to complain to management but this will work. Least other customers can see this and decide to go to the other...

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The same kid is always there working by himself. He's either in a awful mood with a horrible attitude, or in a good mood and decides what you want for you. First time I went in there, he made something completely different than what I asked for. This second, and final time today that I've gone in, I asked him for 2 things.
