Sierra Vista Flowers — Local services in Sierra Vista

Being this is the only florist in Sierra Vista, they are horrible. Flowers arrived with black spots on flowers (already starting to die) and were dead after just two days. Emailed them through their web page and no response. My Mother called the florist, she was rude and unhelpful. In fact her response was..."you know, we are the only florist in town." When asked for a refund she stated they do not do that, but, she would call her supplier so she could get her money back. Buyer beware.........Do not use Sierra Vista Flowers.

Finally heard back from the owner. During email exchange and asking for a refund (which they do not do) her attitude was...."Rest assured that at the end of the day you accomplished what you needed with the arrangement you sent." She is wrong. As I responded to this...."The reason a person sends flowers to the ones they love for a special occasion is to make them happy. My Mother was not happy even on the day they were delivered. She called me to let me know they had arrived and was already concerned and complaining they were already turning black. That is not, in anyway accomplishing what I wanted. So please, be careful in the future when responding to customers, and making statements like this. You are positioning yourself that, you are right and the customer is wrong. Poor...

The woman on the phone was shockingly incompetent with my Mother's Day order. She wasted 25 minutes of my day because I had to repeat everything I said at least three times. Then she was frequently confused by what I was asking for. She seemed to misunderstand why I would want flowers for my mother delivered to her office on Friday WHILE SHE IS AT WORK. I had to repeatedly spell my name for her, again, at LEAST three times. Then she thought she understood my zip code when I had only given her 3 digits.

It is very difficult to remain polite and patient when a person consistently fails to meet the basic expectations of their duty in a small span of time. I am left wondering if the flowers will even arrive, let alone on time, because of her incompetence or because I possibly offended her in my frustration at her inability to do her job.

I recommend avoiding the services of this company. It was extremely frustrating, and as mentioned, I am not certain I will get what I paid. And I don't know what I paid because she didn't give me the...

My husband bought me Beautiful single rose "arrangement" to add for Mother’s Day. Delightful to look at....for one day. The wilting flowers from loacal supermarkets last without a problem for at least a week because I love taking proper care of the lil' ladies daily. I tried like heck to bring the beautiful rose from SIERREA VISTA FLOWERS to bring some life into her drooping petals Moday morning l, and, knowing in my heart this was going to be futile...I tried one more day and this morning...she now will be dried and kept with my husband's sweet note. The lady was very nice and accommodating for last moment rush in...just the quality of the flower itself was already dying prior to purchase....it just was 1 day early of...
