Love the store selections as there are unique items. Store is kinda small. We've received compliments on the items we purchased. I'll echo another reviewer to say the customer service isn't the best. Our salesperson Linda gave us wrong information on selling us a bed, then when it was delivered had no time to help. Seriously. I pointed out a headboard I liked and asked if it came as a full bed, yes, perfect; does the footboard come in a low profile, yes, sold. Bed is delivered and it is a tall footboard. We would NOT have purchased it had we known that's what we were getting. Call the store and ask for Linda (while the delivery guys continues to put the bed together), hold please, she answers and when I tell her what is going on her response was "I'm in the middle of helping a customer, you need to call the distribution center." Me: I did, its after 3:30 and they are closed. Her response "I'm in the middle of helping a customer so I can't help you right now". She has NEVER called us back asking how to help or to apologize for misleading us. I'll recommend the store but suggest you ask for another clerk besides Linda E. as she closes the sale but won't help you afterwards. Here is a tip for the store and Linda, if you are in the middle of helping a customer DON'T TAKE A PHONE CALL. We are still waiting on resolution as we would not have made the purchase had she not mislead us on what we were buying. We still have several more items to buy and it won't be at this location. After buying most of the furniture we needed, we discovered Pamaro & visited all 3 of their locations looking primarily for wall art but ended up buying rugs, some furniture pieces and numerous art pieces. Their selection and prices were better than any of the 12-20 stores we previously visited and bought from. One of the pieces turned out to be a bad fit and they couldn’t have been easier and more supportive in providing us an exchange. Tom, the GM was so helpful while also being zero-pressure. Here it is 1st week of December and we still have no table and are missing 2 chairs. We were told the items would be in well before November 1st. My family missed having a table for thanksgiving and I don’t want that for Christmas.
