Finally, someone spoke up about this owner stealing tips off the drivers. It has Been happening 2 to many drivers I know, they say the tip is $10, $15 everytime even when they get a known good tipper on other platforms, when they confirm it with the customer and verify that they did not leave that small amount of a tip on a large order, very shady, owner is horrible for treating the drivers like that. Hope the other locations treat the drivers better. Not a good look for a African American local business owner either. should be ashamed, been going on for to long. Stop taking the tips from the drivers, and do not reply with a lie either, make it right, don't be skimming from the ones that help you. We decided to let someone else do the meal preparation this year and ordered an array of entrees from The Honey Baked Ham outlet here in Sarasota. We preordered and paid online so that when we arrived at our appointed time we were able to skip the long line, picked up our food, and were back on the road within five minutes. Their smoked turkey, gravy, smashed potatoes, cheese broccoli, baked beans, and carrot cake made for a sumptuous Christmas feast thoroughly enjoyed by all and there was no full scale kitchen mess to clean up. Their prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of every dish they make and it removes the stress of preparing a large Christmas meal. I will be seeking to contact your District Manager as you are the worst place to seek any type of proper meal or catering! I reviewed my order with UBER Eats tonight, and found that they cancelled my turkey breast. I cannot believe I was going to pay almost $200.00 for a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner. And the manager assured me that they would do whatever it took to keep me from going to Morton's instead. They have totally lost my business. I do not recommend this store.
