Unfortunately I did not have a good experience like the reviews claim. The young lady who helped my sister and I was very nice. Unfortunately, when I got home 45 minutes later, the bracelet broke falling right off my wrist. I purchased the bracelet and Sarasota and was heading to the airport to go back home to Pennsylvania. I immediately sent an email to the company. They responded saying basically, so sad too bad. You can bring it in to have it fixed on your next visit to Sarasota. I paid $75 for a tiny chain on my wrist that I was told was sturdy. They do not offer refunds their sales are final sales. The associate never Talked to us or offered us anything to explain how to care for the bracelet nor did she say it’s nonrefundable, even if it breaks. I got a permanent bracelet done from Sarah at the Lakewood Ranch farmers market and I couldn’t recommend her more! Her set up is so cute and there are so many quality chain options to choose from. She is so professional and knowledgeable, allowing her to educate you and guide you towards choosing the best piece of jewelry for you! Ive been looking for someplace to have permanent jewelry done for a group. I went in today with my daughter looking to get a permanent bracelet and see what its like. The two girls in this completely empty store were having a conversation and enjoying their drinks.
