It really makes me angry to see these 1 star reviews. Absolutely ridiculous! Mark gave my wife and I an incredible overview on the jewelry in his store and his history as a 3rd generation jewler. I was blown away by his love and passion for what he does and his desire to make sure that what we were going to buy was exactly what my wife wanted without any seller tricks or lies. We are having our first child so I wanted to get her a push present and Mark went above and beyond. We ordered a custom ring that will be sent to us in a few weeks, but Mark refused to let us leave the store empty handed and gave us a complimentary gift with our purchase! For all of you that gave a 1 star shame on you!!! The only complaint I have was that I wish I met Mark when I was looking for an engagement ring 6 years ago. I've met all types of dealers through that experience and now I feel jipped because now I know how a top tier...

I have a pretty severe nickle and gold allergy, so I typically don't expect to be able to find that much nice jewelry within my budget. I happened to be on vacation in the area and wandered in. The owners were so incredibly sweet. They told me all the details of the metal and assured me that the sterling they use is high grade and will not cause a reaction. They helped me find two lovely pairs of earrings for less than $100. They are the most comfortable earrings I have ever worn. I can sleep in them no problem. The silver has not tarnished and the stones are extremely secure. I don't even feel them in my ear and they are on the larger side.
