Some of these 1 star ratings are hard to take seriously when the individuals leaving the ratings are acting like children and attacking the employees with name calling… lol Mef heads? Seriously? Spellcheck should have caught that. Anyways my experience with T-Mobile has been the best out of any cell service I have had dealings with. I am in my 40s and have had Cricket, AT&T and way back to Cingular wireless. When I switched to T-Mobile I brought the whole family. I even converted extended family and friends to T-Mobile. There have been some issues, just as there would be with any carrier, but nothing we couldn’t work out with a little time and patience. Unlike some other carriers I have been with, (cough AT&T) T-Mobile customer service went above and beyond to help me. I’m talking about you Jeffery. Jeffery is very knowledgeable about the plans, specials and tech. I wish I remembered the names of the other employees. At one point there were actually 3 employees helping me. Of course I was the only customer in the store at the time. Now recently things have gotten more convenient. I received a call from a helpful man named Elvis. Yes that is his real name. Apparently Elvis is assigned to personally help me if I have any issues. What other carrier does that? He has already been able to help me get our business internet cheaper. In conclusion I would like to say that it’s a shame that so many people only want to take the time to leave ratings when they are mad. Read moreI went in to the store and Walter assisted me with device selection. He had a solid knowledge of tech and knew what devices to suggest based on my needs. Phone was reportedly out of stock, so I was told that they would have to order one. Furthermore, I was told that it would HAVE to be delivered to my residence instead of the store. Upon receiving a confirmation email that my device has been delivered in a scarcely worded email (it had not been delivered), I called the store that I purchased from to inquire about its location. Ashton answered the phone, and after I filled him in on the situation he said “uhh was it UPS or FEDEX?” I replied that the email did not include the method of shipping, only that it was “express shipping”. To which he responded without missing a breath, “I don’t know man I’m just a retail guy”. 👍👍. After digging for another few minutes I found a customer support line and waited on hold for 20 minutes. Rachel answered and after I filled her in on the situation she discovered that UPS did not receive the complete address and therefore could not deliver the package....... But that she would get me on the phone with UPS and we would clear up the issue! GREAT! Thank you! But wait... After getting transferred to Sheri at UPS, she tells me that she informed Rachel that T-Mobile has to be the one that adjusts the shipping address but that Rachel just went ahead and transferred me to UPS and disconnected knowing that she needed to do it.

I went into this location to activate phones I ordered online and the guy that “assisted” me literally said he wasn’t going to activate them because he wasn’t the one who sold them to me and he wouldn’t get anything for activating them so he advised I went to a T-Mobile corporate store as they are not a “real” T-Mobile store they are only authorized to sell T-Mobile phones and services at this location. I asked for his corporate number and he refused to give it to me and gave me his manager’s number. When I called the number it wasn’t even a valid phone number. I definitely would NOT recommend going to this location! Very unprofessional and rude. I did reach out to T-Mobile corporate and filed a complaint...
