This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in NWA. They have amazing service with super nice employees and the lady that is at the front desk is super friendly and will recognize regulars and give them the little bamboo calenders at the start of the year (which are absolutely adorable). Anytime that I have ever had a problem here it is swiftly resolved and the staff are always polite and gracious about it. If you get to the restaurant close to the time it opens it's absolutely astounding with the quality of the food though there's still good food at every time of day. My favorites to get are the teriyaki chicken and the pork dumplings but they also have a variety of different options like sushi and baked salmon and a whole bar full of different noodles. I don't think they do this anymore but they used to have fresh beef and chicken planks they would give you from their giant grill. They also have some of the best tea in the area, it's never rotten and I can always tell that they actually clean their tea jugs unlike most restaurants. The restaurant is almost impossible to miss from the road, it's right next to the tractor supply and across the street from Walmart. The price is great for the food you get, I usually go with someone else so I don't know how much it costs for one person but I know that it costs $23.98 at...
Read moreI came there with my service dog and was told that they don't allow dogs. She was wearing her vest that stated service dog. I had to explain that it's against the law to deny my working dog entry. Then the gentleman who rang me up, decided to tell me that I couldn't bring her up to the buffet area. I politely reminded him to not tell me where my service dog can and can't go. Then, as I was trying to eat my food the woman came back up to me. She demanded a license for my dog and tried telling me that they don't want dogs in here. I explained that it is not a requirement to have your dog registered and I had to remind her again that it's against the law to not allow my service dog. She then rudely stated, "I just don't know why you would need one because you are so young". She then asked what she is used for and I explained her what she is used for. She threw up her hands and said that she just doesn't understand. I'm more than happy to answer questions, but only ones that by law, you are allowed to ask. Just because you don't see a disability, doesn't mean there isn't one. As a business owner it is important to know the laws and don't discriminate. I hope they have gained some knowledge and get educated. This is a huge liability on their part and could set themselves up...
Read moreI have eaten here in the past and have had mediocre service from time to time. Yesterday took the cake. I went in and paid a greeter offered me a mask as I had forgotten mine in the vehicle. I explained I have had all my Covid 19 vaccines and according to the CDC did not need to wear one anymore. Too, the mask mandate has been lifted state wide. The greeter asked me to wear gloves when I went to the buffet line. While in the buffett line the owner lady came over with a couple of others and told me since I did not have a mask on I had to leave. When I told her I have had the vaccinations and the CDC says do not have to wear mask she told me she did not believe me and wanted me to leave. I took my plate to the table and sat down and she brought over my money I had paid and told me I had to leave immediately. I took my money and left. I not saying I refused a mask but according to all the hype about getting the vaccine and having less restrictions the owner is not nice. I probably will never go back due to the mannerism and actions by her. So if you have been vacinated and want to eat there be prepared to be confronted or wear a mask. I did not refuse to wear a mask I just tried to explain I shouldn't have to as I have been vaccinated so I am not required to wear one per...
