This one star review is SPECIFICALLY for the lady that goes by โDOUBLE TROUBLEโ Let me make this very clear, I love my Siloam Springs Waffle House, I really really do, so I almost feel bad leaving a one star review but like I said above, THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR โDOUBLE TROUBLEโ Before I start on my complaint on her, I need to say that I absolutely love the crew at Siloam Springs. I constantly crave Waffle House to the point that Iโll pop in about 3 times a week at all times of the day or night. At this point, the girls see me walk in and ask me, โThe regular with a Mr. Pibb?โ and that just shows how much they appreciate a customer. I wish I could name them all one by one because everyoneโEXCEPT DOUBLE TROUBLEโshows appreciation for me. Today, 11/30/23, I showed up at 11:31am (I kept track just in case I had to write this review) Before I walked into the building I made eye contact with DOUBLE TROUBLE and the new lady she was training, I walk in, Kamberโwho is always great and goes above and beyond every day, greets me and I wave and say hello back. I knew I shouldโve sat on Kamberโs side but the place was a little packed. Everyone had been served or their orders were already in the process of being made. I sat on DOUBLE TROUBLEโS side. In front of me, there was an older couple who already looked disappointed. Who knows how long they had been there before me, but they had no drinks, and no silverware set on their table. No surprise though, weโre all sitting on DOUBLE TROUBLEโS side and it took her until 11:37 to bring them their drinks and silverware. From the time I sat down, it took her 7 minutes to set my silverware and take my order, which she took on a plain napkin because she didnโt have a notepad. Every time I come in, she ignores me for reasons only she knows and it takes her a while to serve me. And when she does, itโs like itโs her first day on the job and itโs like sheโs never been trained before. Like on a plain napkin? Seriously? A few moments after she set my silverware, another couple walks in and they sat on Kamberโs side across the aisle from me. Kamber immediately gets them set up and takes their order, just as a waitress they goes above and beyond for their customers should. Kamber calls their order out to the cook, meanwhile, the cook is asking DOUBLE TROUBLE to explain my order to her that is written on a plain napkin. JUST AS I ASSUMED, the couple across the aisle from me got their food before me even though they showed up about 10 minutes after I did. The couple across the aisle on Kamberโs side got their food before the people in front of me got their food as well, and they had been waiting longer than I had! The couple in front of me on DOUBLE TROUBLEโs side even had to stick their coffee mug in the air to get a refill from her, and when she came back, they had to ask her for a straw for their water cup. After all this, both they and I finally got our food, and at this point itโs about 11:47 and both them and I are pretty disappointed, they were visually disappointed. Another couple comes in and sits behind me, and DOUBLE TROUBLE immediately sets their table and takes their order almost as soon as they sit down. Never once does she ever ask me how Iโm doing even though Iโm a regular, and she never asked the couple in front of me how they were doing either. I really donโt know what her problem is with me and itโs really unfortunate that I had to leave a one star review, but like I said, THIS IS SPECIFICALLY FOR DOUBLE TROUBLE. As for all the other employees, yโall do a great job, the food is always good, the service from everyone EXCEPT DOUBLE TROUBLE is always above and beyond. Seriously, with the other girls, they see me from the parking lot and they already know what I want, down to the kind of jelly that I like. Theyโre amazing. DOUBLE TROUBLE though, not so much. I really donโt know what her problem is with me. Maybe itโs because I donโt tip her, but if she just put in more effort, maybe, just maybe, Iโd leave a tip for her, but it doesnโt change how sheโs treated...

Servicer was a slob of a person didn't care to ask, cook excuse was I was looking for a reason not to pay, all the night staff had attitudes leaded by the cook. No one had customer service skills , self pride or accountability, but expected a tip, my advice is don't expect a lot from the Waffle house in Siloam Springs Arkansas, the food is 1 notch above edible. If you want better breakfast food stick to Kathy's corner in Siloam Springs Arkansas.

Fine food, cooked to order, and not held under a heat lamp for who-knows how long. The staff was very pleasent, and friendly. The restaurant was clean and tidy. About the only thing that I might try to complain about, is that they did not give me the winning numbers for the upcoming lottery drawing, and seeing as I didn't ask... I really have nothing to complain about with this fine eating establishment. And in case you are wondering, yes, I do consider sausage, bacon, eggs and waffles to be FINE DINNING.
