Went and bought a new phone in September, Aaron did the trade in. He did NOT activate my phone correctly, and I’ve had issues tenfold. I can no longer access the internet, send texts or iMessage, even with full bars and LTE. Phone says I have no cellular data plan—they’ve overcharged me twice now and changed my plan without telling me. Went in about the data issues, and Ray just turned my phone off and back on and said “there you should be good to go now. Just turn it off every couple days.”
Here I am, paying $90 a month with no way to contact anyone except when on wifi. Waste of time and...

Every time I've been in the store from the initial opening of account, trade ins, promotions, and follow-up with issues its been a mess. I have had to contact CORPORATE office to complain and resolve my issues every time or I would have been cheated out of almost $1k in trade in values and free tv. I went to the nearest Verzon store, where the assistant manager, Hieu, patiently looked up all of my options, walked me through the insurance claim, and found the best way to get me a replacement phone asap.
