Recently, I had the pleasure of shopping at Aldi in Siloam Springs for the first time. I am not from Siloam, but found myself there for business. Now, let me say that I love Aldi. They have some of the best produce. You can’t beat Aldi prices. What really made this an EXCEPTIONAL experience was an employee named Weston. Weston went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. He helped me locate a Minnie Mouse play rug for my daughter. We had great conversation about our children and their love for Mickey and Minnie Mouse. He helped me checkout the rug and even loaded it in the car for me! When we got to my car, I realized I had left the interior lights on and the battery died. Weston jump started my car without hesitation. He is a great asset to the Aldi team. Great experience!! I will be shopping here again!...
Read moreI just want everyone to know how much my family and I enjoy Euma and all she is and does for this Aldis store. She always welcomes everyone with the brightest smile, is knowlagable about all that Aldis has to offer, remembers me and my family (as returning customers), as well as her drive to keep this store in EXCELLENT CONDITION day and night. I (as a business owner) wish I had an employee as dedicated and loving as her. She makes this store a success and deserves a raise 10 fold! I look forward to seeing her and how she lights up this store, everytime I come in. I will choose this over Wal-Mart any day of the week because of her and how hard she strives to keep everything clean and...

That changed on March 8th. Weston was my cashier. He didn’t say hello or thank you. The only words he spoke to me was “$150.12.” I would have had friendlier service at the kiosk across the street.
I am so disappointed in the caliber of “worker” this store has decided to hire. I will miss Aldis, and their clientele. The cashier is one of the last impressions a store gives. This impression: I don’t care if you...
