Palumbo Pizza — Restaurant in Silver Spring Township

My family and I have been going to this place for years. We have loved everything about the restaurant and the food. Until today. I ordered a tuna sub and when I started eating it, it didn’t taste right. I asked both my parents to taste it and they both spit it out saying how gross it was. I have gotten their tuna sub every time and it has NEVER tasted this horrible. I called in to tell them how disappointed I was in the tuna and that it tasted like it had gone bad. The guy on the phone stated “ oh we have been selling tuna all day so the tuna is bad”. First off, that made no sense into why the tuna would be bad if you have been selling it all day. Second off, you just admitted you sold me bad tuna. I am now throwing up. I got food poisoning from a place I have always gone to and not even once on the phone did they apologize or even ask if I wanted my money back. That’s just bad customer service right there and the fact you are trying to sell spoiled/ bad food to customers to still make money? What a shame. First time I ordered from politburo the food was great. This second time I ordered WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ordered 3 bacon cheeseburger subs when the delivery guy got here I only had 2 subs. I checked both of the subs and they were both made wrong as well they were supposed to have everything on it one was missing tomato’s the other was missing tomato and onions. When I called back in and explain the situation to whoever, they told me that the cook says he made them right. FIRST OFF BUCKO. HE DIDNT. I WAS MISSING A SUB AND BOTH OF THE SUBS I GOT WERE MADE WRONG. Then the angry little guy on the other end of the phone says he needs one of the subs back if I’m going to get my other one. EXCUSE ME!! I needed 3 subs 2 with everything and 1 with just mayo. I was willing to let the other 2 subs slide as long as I got my last with just mayo. Now I have to wait another hour to get one damn sub. If I’m calling you saying my order is not right. It’s means...

I walked in at 8:30pm last night. They close at 9pm. I stood at the counter while 3 male employees stood and stared at me in silence.

Thinking i walked in after hours, i asked if they were closed. 1 guy said they close in 30 mins but the fryers and everything's off for the night. All he had was a few slices laying around. They clearly were trying to get out at 9pm, not that they close at 9pm.

I should of known that if they don't want to help paying customers during business hours. I should walk out. Having just been on a 8 hour road trip, i was starving and ordered 2 slices. BIG MISTAKE!!

My buddy ate his slice and was vomitting 30 mins later. I ate maybe half of mine and threw it out but was also vomitting along side my buddy.

WHEN YOU CLOSE AT 9PM, THAT MEANS YOU STOP SERVING AT 9, NOT THAT EMPLOYEES LEAVE AT 9!! YOU'LL BE OUT OF BUSINESS QUICK HAVING MORONS LIKE THIS RUNNING...
