Update: Management contacted me back and explained they've been having issues with Groupon, the manager was very nice and understanding about the situation and made me feel like they cared about their customers. So I am updating my review from one star to 4 stars to reflect this.

Original review: This place is pretty expensive so we were excited when we found some groupons. I bought three, however on these Groupons there's NO mention of any limits on use I.e. they don't specify a time or particular day of the week that you can use them like most Groupons I've bought in the past. So we made plans with some friends and invited them.

When we got there I let the guy Jason behind the counter know that we had a group on and he was like um I don't think so, So I showed it to him and he's like oh that's for rock and bowl, and that's on Saturdays from 8:00 to 10:00 pm. I said oh, well that's interesting because it doesn't specify a time or day anywhere on the Groupon deal and I showed him, He's like oh yeah that's confusing he goes well regardless it's for rock and ball and that's from 8:00 to 10:00pm... I guess everyone is supposed to just magically know what rock and bowl is and the details surrounding that LOL

I said well how is it my fault that you guys didn't specify a time on your Groupon, how is everyone supposed to just magically know what rock and bowl is and what time and day that is? (Seriously, common guys this is basic stuff) I asked if he could call the manager, he's said no but I can give you her email address. Honestly since no fault of our own it would have been nice if he had just made a concession since it's unclear on the site. Thanks for making me feel like an ass!

In the future if you're going to offer deals on sites like Groupon make sure you specify the date and time that's pretty basic. You wasted my time and my friends time, that's why I'm leaving a one-star review for now. I guess we'll be back for...

We were in thr restaurant around 1:30 this afternoon. We were greeted by Helena who brought our water and menus. When I asked her how things were with the new owners, she in a seemed to have an attitude that I asked. Our server was great I think her name was sienna, took our order brought our food. We didn't see her again as her shift was almost over. No one checked to see how our food was. The food was actually good. My wife had boneless chicken wings and fries. They were excellent. I had an omelet also excellent. The hashbrowns were the issue. I ordered them crispy and they were more like hash whites. Much later Shylea said she was taking over for our server. Never asked how the food was . I tried to see if the hash browns were crispy on the bottom and found a long black hair. 15 minutes later we were given our bill by Helena. Later I asked Shylea for a manager . The bartender came out and said she was able to correct the situation. The 2 star rating is the lack of service by checking up on us and the time it took to get our bill. I think the bartender said her name was Sam, she was great. So was siena.our original server. The hair in the food was nasty but oh well shit happens. The lack of secondary followup service needs...

Had my daughter's birthday party here and there's plenty of space for the adults to sit and converse they also had a table set up for cake/presents and we received a waitress for our party needs. Our waitress, Dee, was on top of things without me really having to ask. Bill was the other one that stood out as being friendly and helpful and put me at ease about a stressful kids party. There were 2 other workers a young gal who every time I asked her something looked like she didn't know what I was talking about or couldn't do it not sure if she was brand new or what. Lastly, when our party time started our lanes were not on I did have to ask at least twice an older lady that I can't say she was rude but she was just a little short and matter of fact. Although our part didn't start on time it was still 2 hrs of times bowling so it's fine it just made the party run late. We also had some issues with bumpers on lane 8. Bill and Dee definitely stood...
