Lone Star Donuts - Silverdale — Restaurant in Washington

I'm legit never eating a donut from any other store while we're in Washington while these guys are in business. Never ever. 20/10 rating for both the donuts, and the customer service!! Omar and the rest of the staff are INCREDIBLE! So kind, and sweet, and honestly you can feel the nerves of opening day lol. So please remind them all to breathe, and don't stress because they are doing a PHENOMENAL job!!! I feel damned spoiled after my visit 🤣 Genuinely. I feel genuinely spoiled haha. These donuts are cloud/fresh cotton candy soft after 25minute drive back to my house!! 🤯🤩 and the coffee cups are biiiig. Lol Also...about that to-go box design... We ABSOLUTELY deserve donuts. 😇😁 I drove 25 minutes to get donuts from these guys and I'm SO ecstatic that I did! My donuts were still CLOUD/Cotton candy SOFT after the drive back home and they were positively, SINFULLY, DELICIOUS! I can't wait for my kids to get home so they can try their donuts too haha. So if you're debating on going....GET IN YOUR CAR...

We’re visiting family. Since we’re on east coast time and they are late-nighters, my wife and I decided to have breakfast out. Lone Star Donuts was great! Their awesome breakfast offerings—Kolache (wonderful, soft bread, stuffed with things like ham, cheese, jalapeños, etc.) and similar, stuffed croissants—caused us to change our game plan. Of course, we couldn’t resist the fine selection of standard and gourmet donuts, too! And, although they had a choice of three coffees at the coffee stand, I very much enjoyed the specialty Colombian. I’ll try the other two in the future. Yep, we’re going back tomorrow! Update, Day Two: Today, we arrived around 6am, about an hour earlier than yesterday. Same, great folks—and food! The only thing I did differently was choose the cinnamon-spiced coffee. Yum. Of course, we also brought back breakfast for the family . . . for whenever...

Despite not having a good experience in terms of the food at this location, I may return . Who knows, I’ve heard good things about the quality of the donuts. The owners response showed he was receptive to my opinion and was willing to rectify it. Five stars for the customer service I received when I called the P.O location I mistakenly reviewed. Two for the woman who opened the box in front of me- stared at it briefly and tossed it in the garbage. That wasn’t necessary. I wasn’t rude, when I purchased them nor when I returned for the refund.

Clearly, they can not resell them. I returned them per the owners kind gesture. Of course they were going to be disposed of. Her demeanor was unnecessary. All the best for customers and employees of...
