We had a birthday party there like we have done in the past. Our host Presley did a great job for us. She asked if we needed anything multiple times and was always helpful. While playing some of the games my kids said they wanted French fries. To make things easy I went to the counter that was right by the games and ordered the fries. Presley was yelled at by her boss Jasmine for allowing us to order at the counter insinuating she wasn't doing her job. After that she was clearly walking on eggshells which is unacceptable. Presley came to pick up our garbage from the table like plates and napkins and we were piling it up for her to help. She said no, no please don't do that I need to do that. Her boss was going to yell at her again if she didn't do every single thing we asked like a servant or something. We had quite a large party probably 20 people or so. Next was the cake. Presley brought out our cake and we got a count of how many people wanted a slice. While slicing it my dad went up to start passing out the slices to our entire family. Again, Presley was afraid for her job since we helped. Now you may train your employees to wait on parties' hand over foot, but if a party chooses to help it is their decision. We did not book a party to receive a servant we just wanted a place to get our family together and let the kids have some fun. After cake I noticed that Presley was no longer around. Her boss had sent her home like she did a bad job or something which was totally untrue. She was a wonderful host run ragged by a micro-managing boss with no common sense. As someone who runs multiple businesses, I felt that was completely unacceptable. Other than this the venue was awesome. The party was a great deal, and my kids had a ton of fun. I just felt terrible for our host Presley who had only worked there a month. During these times we are in you should cherish and appreciate your employees.... they're hard to come by. You'll be lucky if she did not quit because...
Read moreI’ve never had any bad customer service experiences here until today! The chick working was so rude. We have had the summer fun pass for a month. We have used it at the Tacoma location three times and the Silverdale location more times than I can count. Every time I take my kids, we typically put 100 points on two cards and 50 on one card. Sometimes we do 75, 75, and 100. We did that at the Tacoma location. Before I could request this, the chick with the red hair streaks out her hands up and told me she absolutely could not do that, that her system doesn’t work that way. I asked if it was a new change. She said no. I said oh ok it’s just weird because we always are ASKED how we want to split our points and she again interrupted me and demanded I tell her who did that for me. Oh idk? Everyone? Not even exaggerating, her voice was shaking she was so irritated with me. Anyways, after that she as rude to my daughter when she picked out prizes. My daughter was at the counter first and had to wait for ten minutes “while the system loaded” and the girl proceeded to help another girl before her. My daughter picked out a prize and was given a color she didn’t like and wasn’t asked if she wanted to pick one out (there was no one waiting in line so no rush). Idk, I had a super bad taste in my mouth after being treated so poorly. We have been here hundreds of times and this was by far the worst experience. Oh and there were about 8 games out of order. The ball claw machine was empty for nearly the entire time we were there. Btw, your website says you can split the points however you want so 🤷🏼♀️...
Read moreWe've been here multiple times and my daughter always has a lot of fun. Today however there were two reasons I am writing this review. First of all, the whole place stunk. It smelled like mold / sewage throughout the entire building. And the carpet was all wet. Not sure if they have some sort of leaking issue. Also at one point when Chuck e cheese was supposed to come out, my daughter stood waiting and waiting and he never showed.
But mostly we were disappointed at this one older lady that worked there. First of all, she more than half the time didn't have her mask on at all, and she never ever had it over her nose. She also just had no customer service at all. She wasn't friendly, was very abrasive, wasn't kid friendly, and just, overall wasn't great to deal with.
When we were looking at prizes she came over and didn't even say a word, just stared at me with her hand out until I handed her the card. Then she continued to interrupt my daughter when she was trying to discuss which items she wanted, she also kept trying to ask her if she wanted items that cost additional money which kept confusing my daughter. She wasn't at all friendly towards her or myself. It made the overall experience disappointing. My daughter still has a good time overall but the lack of service definitely tainted it for us adults. Which was especially disappointing since we had come for my daughters birthday for an extra...
