The reason I'm posting a 1/5 star review is because yesterday I went into the store, I bought an expensive outfit with all the accessories. I get home that night and taking it out of the bag I see that the underwire is popped out on one of the sides of the bra/one piece set of lingerie I bought. I noticed a slight poking yesterday when I tried it on in the store, I thought it was just because of the fact that t was underwire. That was not the case. Without wearing it at home, tags still on, and having the reciept, I took it back the next day. The young lady who helped me out yesterday stated that she unfortunately could not return it because she "inspected it" yesterday. I call BS. I should have checked it out more, I will admit that. This store's quality is trash. This wasn't the first time I had something fall apart before trying, or the first time trying it on. I had bought an outfit from them a while back and the moment I got home the sides of the bra part that you tie in the middle of the chest came straight off. They just fell off, as though they where taped on, not sewed on, however I didn't try to take that one back. But this second time was ridiculous. I looked at the return policy, it was possible to return it or at least get a replacement. It fit all the criteria. So I advise not using this store, they are cheap quality lingerie that's is over priced for what you get, they associates pressure you into buying more and more, and they refuse to return apparently items due to the fact you baught...

All Sales Representatives are warm and welcoming. But most importantly, every Sales Representatives that I have encountered in the Bremerton, Washington Castle Store, are extremely cautions when it’s time for the customers-Me- to pay. My husband and I just recently moved to Bremerton- lovely place.

Sales Representatives are Asking the right questions about the type of payments, and the reps are always requesting for the ID to assure the customer’s name is the same on the Credit/Debit Card. That IS a very comforting feeling to assure to avoid any future financial loss or issues on both parties.

My only curiosity is that this store closed too early for me; 9:00 P.M.(?) I am questioning this statement because the store in Tacoma, closes much later, unless, there was a current changes due to the pandemic, perhaps?

I am looking forward and expecting a courtesy response from the corporate office; or anyone who has a simple answer to my question.

I am basing this on 2 visits at 2 different stores. Thier selection is awesome from standard to quirky which is awesome, prices are competive with their competition and the staff is friendly and relaxed. I was asked 2 times if I needed help by 2 different employees so I didn't feel pressured. My only problem is that BOTH stores aren't very accurate in displaying panties. There are racks for plus sizes and regular sizes and rack for crotchless and regular, both places just have whatever wherever..I walked around the rack of ones I wanted and it took me more than 15 minutes to find 2 pair of kind I wanted! Every pair I picked were not the ones belonging on that rack 1st pair I picked that I liked were a plus size, when i went to pay 1 of the pairs I picked were another plus size (couldn't find a size on them) I didn't buy any at all. They can't be returned and they aren't cheap and I didn't want to spend more time trying to find a pair. Lost mone...
