Give this place a wide berth. The guy running this is the most expert con-man I have ever been taken by. I drove from 40 miles out because I decided to start tumbling some rocks as a hobby with my son, and they were the closest one to me. The store is nice, but I should have left when I had my suspicions about the guy telling me several times that he has no short-term memory, but he seemed to know everything about rock tumbling, while at the same time saying he isn't anything more than a gemologist who sells rocks for other people. I ended up with 3 pounds of tumbling media, all the wrong stuff (found out its absolute junk) at 4 times the going price. The things we get suckered into because we have kids! I take the grandchildren by to visit about once per month. The store really does have so many beautiful items. This last time through my eyes were drawn to an Rainbow Obsidian piece that is two Hearts together. The range of color, as well as the depth when looking into the piece is absolutely amazing. Morgan & Carrie are both very helpful, taking the time to explain things to the grandkids and answer questions, in rapid succession at times. I am also able to pick up rock tumbling/polishing medium from "I've Got Rocks inMy Head". I find there medium to be of a higher quality than others I have used. I would suggest calling ahead to let them know how much you want so the can package it. It's always a pleasure to visit and to buy a few great items...

WoW !!! Not only is this guy extremely knowledgeable, helpful , with a great selection . He doesn't just sell you things , he doesnt only help educate the customer with "his personal preferences . He listens to each individual customer and helps them in their individual genres . He has made me feel like a friend as well as a customer . Twice his staff has went way beyond their job description and went well beyond the call of duty to help us even if it meant they wouldn't be making an immediate sale . I won't shop at another shop EVER again . There really isn't any reason to . Thank you for a great experience every time . I love refering friends and others to this store/stores .
