3.5 stars really. Sneakers on sale often had sizes on boxes different than the sizes on the sneakers inside. Two employees extremely helpful, one that appeared to be higher in rank...not so much with a bit of attitude. With that said, I bought a pair of sneakers that fit and feel great. I have very high arches, plantar fasciitis, and very wide feet. They feel heavenly compared to off the rack footwear. Great store, great employees that are very helpful. Even though I thought I wanted one type of shoe I quickly learned it was not steel toed. The guy said he had one though and looked around till he found them in back and brought them to me. They were perfect for what I need. I've always loved going to Big 5 cus they are always very helpful and the discounts are great! Today my $70 boots were $29.99!! Great deal that I wasn't expecting! Waited in line for an hour and a half to try to purchase gun ammo. All sold out by the time I got to the counter. My only complaint is that it would have been nice if they announced they were all sold out. I commented about no ammo remaining (3 different calibers). I heard many groans behind me.
