Yesterday 10/12/2023at 3:51pm I went to eat for my lunch and I ordered a pollo bowl with extra beans and rice since I don't eat much meat. The manager Veronica was cleaning the fountain drink area and once the cook but my plate on the counter the manager Veronica yells at the cook " y ese Plato que " ( what's up with that plate ) and he told her " they asked for extra beans and rice . The manager Veronica yelled at him right infront of me saying " no si quieren Mas se les tiene que cobrar, ese Plato solo Cuesta 5 Dolores " ( no if they want more you have to charge them that plate only costs 5 dollars) I then told her that's weird I go to multiple pollo locos and managers have rung me up and I've never had this issue. She then stated yes we charge here and I asked her if this location was a franchise or corporate because my sister works at a franchise location and no even the dm there has charged before. I took my plate and all I heard through my dine in stay we her mocking me, yelling at the cooks saying they can't do that. I asked for her name because she made me really uncomfortable and humiliated me and after I asked for her name she tells the cooks " ya hasta me van a reporter " ( she's even going to report me now ) all while she was laughing. This lady is doing something illegal. I checked my receipt and no where next to where the cashier puts extra beans and rice there is not charge so she if falsely charging customers for her benefit. This lady doesn't deserve to run this store. I'm am severely traumatized by this experience, no one should go...

There were two ladies working the counter with the BIGGEST smiles and the kindest energy I’ve ever seen in a fast food spot. You could tell they actually enjoyed being there – they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. It made me feel like I was walking into my favorite auntie’s kitchen. They didn’t just take my order – they made my day.

Read moreToday I was waiting in line once I saw an employee walk in and she seemed a little to sick to be working. Also she was told she couldn’t work due to her wearing nails. I saw that the other girls had longer nails as well and the manager speaking to her in a rude way. I’ve noticed every time I come in I see the man manager being rude to other customers and talking bad about them when they leave to the other employees as they make fun of each other. I also noticed one of the other female managers packing food with out gloves and without washing their hands . I honestly thought that was gross. I also was over charged today and I am definitely not returning to this location. Due to the fact that many of the managers are rude one of them wears her AirPods and ignores the employees while they ask for help or the customers when we ask for utensils.
