I purchased a couch from Granada Oak Furniture in January 2020. I was not told at the time of my purchase that the back cushions and pillows were filled with down feathers. I didn't realize this was the case, until the feathers started poking through the back cushions and pillow covers. By June, too many feathers popped out of the back cushions and pillows daily, constantly poking through. I called in mid June to find out what could be done. I submitted pictures to the owner, and I waited for a fix but was told that he would forward my complaint to the manufacturer. I waited and called back July 30 to ask the status, and the owner said he could request that the manufacturer send new fill that is poly-fill, but that it would take at least 6 weeks. He could not order new covers though. This was after he told me that couch orders from the same manufacturer are taking three months. He then suggested I could do it myself, if I didn't want to wait, and suggested buying poly-fill to replace the feather fill. I bought 50 pounds of poly-fill, removed all of the feathers, and filled the cushions and pillows with poly-fill myself. In the process of doing this, I discovered the label, along with the fact that the back cushion is supposed to be filled with polyester fiber and urethane foam pad. The label clearly states this material should be in the back cushions of my couch. When I called to speak with the owner again on July 30, he told me that, "All labels say that" and that "manufacturers can fill the couch with whatever they want and the label is basically generic to all couches." I questioned this, and explained how illegal that must be to mislabel a couch and its material. What if a family member had an allergy to down filling? From the start, I was sold a couch without being warned of the couch's down filling. My receipt doesn't specify the type of filling either. The label also proves that I didn't buy a down filled couch, yet that's what I was given. I would have never chosen to buy a down filled couch! I was spoken to extremely rudely, and I was hung up on twice by the owner on July 30 and August 1st, yet I hadn't been rude in any way to him. I also went in to the store within 15 minutes of speaking to the owner on Aug 1, but he had already left. Neither of the employees who were working at that time were wearing a mask. Such a terrible experience, which is so sad because they had come so highly recommended too. I have received absolutely nothing from Granada to make this right, other than being told, "They will never do business with me again," prior to hanging up on me. Has been reported to the BBB.

I have not used them however I find it hard to trust a company that does not know the difference between Wherehouse and Warehouse. 1. Where is the house located? 2. Wares and other sell-able goods get stored in a warehouse.

Literally lied to our faces and told us the two "leather" chairs we bought 5 years ago were of the highest grade leather and then the chairs' fake skin started peeling off. Granada furniture salesmen are Thieves and frauds!

I purchased a couch. It was never used and ended up not even fitting into the doorway of my apartment. I purchased a warranty with this item as well. After numerous phone calls and being told only the owner can help me with a POSSIBLE EXCHANGE!!! the owner was never available or was not in that day even though I called back exactly when instructed. I don’t have my receipt so I don’t have proof and they don’t believe what I say because “we sell way too many items to keep track of them all” Despite having pictures that show it’s unused condition.

They are extremely over priced to begin with and I am very disappointed to say this company is a local store to me. I normally love supporting my local businesses. This business however should not be favored! I would rather recommend Walmart and ANY other store then this one. Extremely sad they have such horrible customer service...

Impressive quality for the price.

We picked up a chest of drawers for my boy for $289.00. I was surprised to see that the drawer construction had box joints and was made of high quality plywood. The rest of the dresser was made of solid wood (nice!). For reference Big Lots! had more expensive chest of drawers with particle board and cheaply nailed drawers.

As they loaded up my purchase i took a few minutes to look at the rest of their bedroom dressers and to my surprise there were several 9 and 10 drawer dressers in the $1,000 range with dovetail joints and solid plywood construction. That's quite a buy.

The people were helpful and friendly. No pressure sales. Just helpful took the time to show my girlfriend through the catalog for other styles she was interested in.

I highly recommend...
