Mountain Gate Plaza — Local services in Simi Valley

Mountain Gate Plaza in Simi Valley is a shopping center I usually decide to shop at way more often than any other around town for primarily two reasons. First of all, it is very convenient, as far as location is concerned, due to it being so close to where I live. This shopping center is close enough to my house, that I can walk to any of the shops there and then all the way back home, even carrying a few purchases in a bag with me and it's not challenging at all. The second reason is that Mountain Gate Plaza contains a great mix of all types of stores/businesses/ places to eat, that I personally enjoy shopping at and that I find extremely useful for buying most anything I need on a regular basis. A few examples of stores/businesses located in the shopping center include; a Starbucks, can't live without me coffee lol, even better, than just....some Starbucks though, is that the Starbucks at this plaza is A Starbucks WITH A Drive-Thru order option! Way awesome in my opinion. A few other favorites of mine located at this shopping center, include the following; Rite-Aid, El Pollo Loco, A 99¢ Only store, DD's Discounts, McDonald's, Chuy's, Blown Away Smoke Shop, Big 5, Vallarta Supermarket, and amazingly, it even includes a medical clinic that accepts my insurance, called Sierra Vista Family Medical Clinic. With everything I previously mentioned, I think it's definitely safe to say this plaza has a little of something to offer for everyone, which is why I feel like it is a great place to check out when you go...

People in the parking lot actually take turns going! The plaza is a little crazy in the parking areas due to high traffic and so many shops, but there is a good variety of establishments there like Rite-Aid, a second hand store, DD's, Big 5, beauty supply store with the most gorgeous wigs for cheap, a Starbucks, Dollar Tree, and restaurants to choose from. There is a laundromat on site. I frequent this plaza often, and there hasn't been anything really negative about it other than the parking lot not accommodating everyone who is coming there. It's sad I went to the pharmacy and ask help to buy a test strip for diabetes testing I brought the glucose monitor to show a pharmacist! She looks annoyed and it seems like I am disturbing her work she picks up the test strip I previously bought from CVS she said go back to CVS and sort of slam the test strip! But my goal is To buy the right test strip for my diabetic sister then she showed me the true track blood glucose test strip! I said ok I asume she knows what's shes doing! But lo and behold wrong strips for true metrix leader monitor! I am not happy with her service and money wasted for...
