Bring Down House — Local services in Simi Valley

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience here. I had an item on consignment through this store, from last year. I never heard from the owner regarding the sale. When I called to inquire, I tried 4 times, and she answered, and hung up on me each time. Realizing her mistake, she called me back, and I was told my item had sold. Upon arrival at the the shop, I waited in front of the desk, for 10 minutes while the owner was on the (speaker phone) on a personal call. She finally acknowledged me, still on the phone- carrying on her conversation- and told me the sold price, which was much less than the agreed upon price. She says she does not notify the consignor with any discounts given. She never put her call on hold (hence the hang ups) and was quite rude.
